Close to where I needed to be.

Pros: Staff was nice.
Cons: Overall updating.General remodeling.
Put me in a smoking room. Clean, but dated and kind of shabby. TV did not work. Not many amenities.

Not what I expected

Pros: It was in close range for the event we were attending.
Cons: Better organized breakfast and fix the bathrooms.
Location: Springfield, IL We went to route 66 festival
Although the rooms were clean, the bathroom have mold in the tub seals and you could see where the ceiling had water damage. Went to breakfast around 7:30 and they had already ran out of danishes and only had apples for fruit.

Not clean and smells

The room was not clean. There was mold in the shower. The dead bolt was broke to the door. Multiple stains on the furniture and comforter on the bed.

If you can deal with black mold...

Got in late was just wanting to go bed and our key didn't work...finally going back to the main office twice they have us a new room. The next morning same thing happened again key didn't work had to make trips to the main office and get a new key. Also there is black mold in the bathroom of our room enough to make me become congested. Water pressure sucked but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Most likely will not stay again!
