Thank you for your kind review. The house across the street has been under renovation and the contractors may have been noisy at times. It is luckily entering into a final stage of paint from what we can see, so I believe the noise is now gone for good. Thank you for your review and the compliments around responsiveness and the two bedroom apartment being great. As a response to your concerns the unit is correctly not of large proportions. To ensure we manage expectations our vacation rental website states it’s 600 square feet size, we have a layout of the apartment posted and furthermore there are plenty of pictures, including of the bath that your are mentioning in your feedback. The building is from 1950 but we renovated it thoroughly 3 years ago including epoxy coating the bathtub, new toilet, vanity and tile floors. The rest of the apartment was upgraded similarly, including a new kitchen and appliances, tile floor in the kitchen, new interior- and front doors so we are frankly a little surprised about the “old facilities” comment.
