Oyster House,come relax in the home's elegant yet comfortable ambiance. This 4 bdr and 4 bath home is perfect size upstairs is the master with ensuite bath and guest room with bathroom, spacious chefs kitchen, dining and main living area with pull out couch. Then downstairs it is a king room with ensuite bathroom and queen room with ensuite bathroom and a nice coffee area, it does have 2 separate entrances for your privacy. This home is right across the street from the beach and we provide all beach equipment you need for a fun day! This home is perfect for families or couples traveling on holiday, fur babies as well!

Absolutely Perfect!
This home is spacious and absolutely perfect for couples traveling together. It is equipped with everything you need and then some. The host was so kind and informative with quick response. I will definitely try and rebook this home again.

Great Beach Location
This property is super close to the beach, views of the beach and marsh were beautiful. Kitchen is big! Communication with host was good. The only downside to this property was that my husband had some sort of allergy to something in the house and we had to leave early, pets are allowed so perhaps there had been a cat. Also the blinds and the living room furniture need a good cleaning. I did communicate with the host and she said they would give the house a good cleaning.

Location!! Odd setup - worked for us!
Great house directly across road from beach, super quick walk. 15 or so minutes to old town St Augustine. Be aware that the 2 downstairs bedroom/bathrooms are not accessible by interior stairs. To join the living area and kitchen you must climb a flight of exterior deck stairs. We didn't mind at all. As 4 active adult couples it worked for us, but might not for all. Kitchen is enormous and well stocked for feeding a big group. We enjoyed the views, the comfy spaces, and the thoughtful supplies. Communication was fantastic and the visitor guide is complete and accurate. We separately contacted the owners about a few minor maintenance issues.

No mention of separate appartments that did not connect or the amount of stairs one needed to climb.
False advertising. Had to cross busy road to get to beach and with the party of 7 averaged 70 years of age so steps were a great barrier for mobility. House was nice but did not meet our needs.
