PROS - check in was efficient, this motel is close to St Augustine and therefore isn’t as expensive as staying right in town, continental breakfast was ok and well maintained by clerk CONS - Matresses had some mold on them, floor was sticky/dirty, room was dated, tub had black scum, Doors main lock was in poor shape, Neighbours were smoking weed constantly, police cars were present on time of check in. Wouldn’t Recommend place Overall due to Safety/security/suite conditions; front desk staff was good though.

This place was so disgusting we couldn’t even stay there. We came down for bike week and got this place for 1 night.. nothing was cleaned. There were stains all over the sheets and duct tape around the dividing door to the next room. My husband went to shower and just from him walking barefoot from the room to the bathroom his feet were full of dirt. We packed all our stuff up and left right away. Later that evening all the locals were telling us that place was so dirty,they have drug addicts and prostitution in there all the time. Do NOT go here.

The gross hotel ever
I would never in my entire lifetime come back to this hotel it’s overall nasty sticks and not clean the rooms had a old mold smell there was cigarette butts shoved in the corner of the room I’m just gonna say someone should really do something about this hotel it’s not in good condition and the price you pay is not worth it at all and to top it off there was some type of drug substance in the nightstand !!! I can’t post pictures of that but I can say I was very disappointed in it what kind of place are they running here they allow dogs to run around the lobby and the complex !!! It’s truly embarrassing on there haft of being a worker there

We were given a smoked in room vs a non smoking room as asked. When i called the front desk they told me they couldnt move me since they were fully booked. i ended up leaving a day early. The smell of nicotine was horrible.

The hotel needs an update due to looks to old and the same time looks no clean specially the bathroom. The towels are very small for an adult. The water pressure at the shower is low. The staff is not helpful at all. Very disappointed with hotel chain. (Quality Inn)

I went to the Hotel and they didn’t have a room for me . I had to spent the night in my car with my little daughter because all the hotels around were sold out!!! Also Expedia did not get my money back for a service they did not give to me 😩

the room is dirty, there was a lot of dust, the light, the bathroom had a crust of dirt in the corner, the sink has a horrible smell, the floor is so dirty that my daughter walked in her socks and they got black with dirt, we saw her using the microwave, it's very uncleaned and the So, do you think the coffee maker is cleaner in the trash than the one in the hotel for our use?

I got there, checked in fine, got my keys. I went onto the room, the microwave was dirty, the floors was dirty, like completely black dirt. I told front desk, they said they’ll take care of it, but they really didn’t seem concerned about my complaints
