Did not know there was only certain hours for the slides to be open. The slides were one of the main reasons for staying there. Never again! The room was super crammed.

The rooms were not really clean and the lobby was full of ppl hanging out. When we walked into the lobby it smelled like stale smoke. We left and got a refund.

When I got there, the snow wasn’t properly cleaned so parking was a little bit of an issue. I checked in at the front desk one of the front desk people I could barely understand doesn’t speak very good English got to my room and found a loonie and a clothesline clip on the floor. Through out the night there was a lot of noise out in the hallway, which made it hard to sleep.

Checked in and got to our room only to discover that there was hairs all over the pillows on both beds. I wouldnt care if there was just 1 or 2 stray hairs, people have pets and sometimes hairs may travel but it was an excessive amount on all 8 pillows!! We were offered to switch rooms but there was still hairs on those pillows as well. This is the second time we have had issues with the rooms when checking in (first time was blood on sheets) so chances of me booking there again is slim!! Very disappointed and aside from free breakfast, nothing was offered to compensate. The parking lot was also very slippery and both of us slipped when getting back to the hotel friday night. When i told the employee at the front desk he basically said "what do you want me to do about it?" If one of us had to fall, I would've been very upset with that response!! Only good thing about this hotel was the food at East Side Marios.

Just need extra garbage bins and bags in the room and extra towels for the right amount if guests but besides that it was awesome and definitely would recommend this hotel pool and water slide was wicked

We stayed for 1 night and got in late. Check in was no problem. We ate the ajoing restaurant, East side Mario's. Was good. The room was clean, and welcoming. Beds(2) were a little stiff for me. Pilllows were great. Loved the hidden fridge under the tv. The bathroom was a bit diffent with the toilet and shower in the bathroom and the vanity and sink across from the bathroom in the room. Was quiet.

Overpriced for what you get
Rooms are small with the smallest bathroom known to man. Decor is plain and more inline with a roadside motel. Fire alarm went off and it took 30ish minutes for the fire truck to come… Not hotels fault, unless their system is faulty. Good features: Staff was nice. Rooms and hotel were clean.

We were given a room that ws already occupied. I don't know who was more the surprised when I opened the door the man in the room or me. reassigned to another room. Asked for compensation for the mix up.None given.given a room in the basement, not on the upper floor. Coffee machine didn't work in the room as well the fridge was warm. beds were comfortable and clean as was the room overall.

Quite disappointing, Lobby is clean, but looks like nothing else. Very dirty corridors, not vacuumed at all, dirty floors. In the room bedsheets had a stain on it so I’m not even sure if was changed after last guest. Not what I expected from Holiday Inn
