Nice hotel! I liked the pool but the hot tub was closed and they disnt have a mini refrigerator in my room they did offer to bring one up if they had one available. I also disliked they charged me a extra $100 security fee and will get it refunded back at check out but you know how that goes with your back 1 to 3 business days. Its been a day and I haven'tfot my 100 refunded back to me yet.

Hot tub, key reader, and door to bathroom at pool broken. Staff only giving a handful of towels to pool area with over 15 guest in the pool. Pool itself was clean and well temped. Was told that the pub attached was open, only to find out thatthe fully stocked bar couldnt serve due to not having a liquor license. Place was standard for the price. I will probably go to a different hotel next time. It was great but the kids enjoyed it. Oh the beds were comfy as well. Just feel meh.

Stayed here with the family for a short trip to St. Louis. Was very nice area, short drive into the city. The lobby was very clean and so cute! Loved the decor! Staff was amazing! We had issues with our room locks and had to change keys several times and got locked out. Maintenance solved it and was quick. Facilities— slightly dated, the room was alittle musty, not as upscale as some of the rooms I’ve stayed in. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept great! Pool was broken (seems to be a common theme when scrolling down on the reviews). Fitness center was wonderful and had lots of equipment!!! The breakfast could have used alittle more choices (waffle maker, pancakes? Bacon?) but was decent and all of us found something to eat. Overall nice stay and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend if you were passing by and needed a place to stay!

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was kind and helpful and it was nice to have a restaurant attached. About a 25 min drive from the Gateway Arch.

The staff were warm & welcoming upon our arrival. The hotel’s restaurant had absolutely FANTASTIC food (I highly recommend the chicken sandwich with hot honey)! Our server at the restaurant was attentive & personable. The chef serves the the food. Overall a great place to stay. Great room too!

Staff members are absolutely amazing & friendly. The rooms may be a little outdated but the decor and ambiance well overweigh that. And the fact they have a functional hot tub which is so relaxing is an additional plus.

Definitely an older hotel. We stayed for New Years Eve so we didn’t need fancy. It would have been nice if the hot tub worked…and not sure that access to the pool was ADA friendly. There was a lift but I’m not sure HOW someone in a wheelchair would have gotten TO the pool without going outside since there were steps down. The breakfast buffet was a little more than continental but I expected more considering it is attached to a restaurant.

Overall great value. Property is older and looks like they are working on things. Front entry is nice. Staff is super friendly. Indoor pool in winter is great.

We really don't have any complaints about the hotel. Yes, there are areas that could be fixed but nothing that hindered our stay. The only issue was the eggs atbthe breakfast. Definitely could tell they were powdered eggs. That is my only complaint.

The beds were clean and soft. Awesome. The breakfast was ok. The eggs were so dry it hurt to swallow. Like the bar, the bartender was nice.
