I like that it was quiet, location was not busy. But the room was musty, walls were dirty with previous occupants fingers prints all over walls under painting. The room door itself had a lot of dirty fingerprints like it never had been wiped down before.

Mostly everything was great about our stay. The staff was super friendly, the hotel was nice and upkept, our room was clean but our shower was dirtyyyy! Overall though, we had a great stay and would stay again.

Our stay at the Comfort inn was excellent. The staff was responsive to our needs. The room was clean and the linens soft and very comfy.

This Comfort Inn was a well kept hotel but, the showers were not desirable. They were probably clean but I couldn’t bring myself to shower with the discoloration on the tile/forms and in the joints. (Both rooms in two different nights)

The shower head in room 112 had black mold in it. The floor of the shower needed recaulking and appeared dirty too, but it might have been wrong material used that yellowed. I have stayed here several times, and everything is usually fine, but the bathroom this time was really bad. We did not even shower because of it. This is a convenient location for staying to visit my daughter, but I will probably switch to the Country Hearth next time.

Comfortable stay
Excellent service in the face of a difficult check-in due a power outage in the city. We were still able to get checked in and assigned a room. Room was spacious and comfortable. The only thing that was a negative was the cleanliness of the shower. It could have definitely used a deep cleaning.

Arrived and waited at the desk for 20 minutes before we saw a staff member to check in. Dirty shower and bathroom ceiling had a pocket of water leaking slowly onto the floor. Loud environment in the hotel. Overall not very clean.

Quiet room, free Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, soft sheets and good selection on the television helped to make this stay a pleasant one. I would have preferred to have a bathtub, though, as I don’t care for a shower.

Comfy beds, great sheets and linens, very soft and clean, quiet, amazing view of STL across the river. Staff was very friendly and efficient with check-in, friendly in hallways. Breakfast was standard American fare, not healthy, no decent whole grain bread or anything else whole grain. Faucet had no aerator and pressure was VERY poor. Cover on heat unit was broken. No comfy chair, just the 2 for the table. Fox "news" in the lobby offensive! At least choose something neutral.

I stayed for two nights. I was surprised that my room hadn’t been cleaned, no beds made, no fresh soap or towels after my first night. The cleaning staff didn’t touch the room. The staff is friendly, the location is nice, seems safe and the hotel itself is newer and clean but I was disappointed in the cleaning services. There was no discount for not cleaning the room and I was told that the hotel doesn’t offer to clean for multiple night stays. Disappointing.

Checked in at 530 pm on Friday night.When I went to take a shower later that night and found the last occupant's toiletries and razor still in the shower. No housekeeping available to clean the shower, so we were moved. the new room was clean, but we had to move to 2 queen size beds. Third-floor elevator call button works intermittently and we ended up taking the stairs a few times.
