"This is a great location to downtown in a nice neighborhood. The home was tastefully renovated with modern amenities provided. The bed was super comfortable too. We arrived at night, in the rain and didn’t realize the garage was around the corner from the home. We parked in front of the house and ended up with a $30 parking citation. This information was noted in the house rules binder that we found the day we were checking out inside the coffee table drawer. Might be a good idea to list this...

"Only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer. Angie communicated throughout the process-even sending condolences when she found out we were in the area for brother in law’s funeral. Very clean, cozy, and easy to find everything, ie instructions to TV, and house rules. Beautiful view from patio of small lake-moon was full! "Although the neighbor looked a little seedy and the porch could use a coat of paint, the interior was just fine for our stay. (Central Michigan University graduation). The price was right and proximity to CMU was key. Although the write up mentioned a hot tub, there was none and the residence was lacking in mirrors. Multiple females with only one bathroom mirror just doesn’t work. Each bedroom could use a mirror big enough to do grooming !"

"Our family loved this cottage and we loved the hostess Nina! When I first walked into the house it smelled amazing and the view was beautiful. It was such a great first impression. The beds are comfortable and all the natural light in the cottage makes it a happy space. We reached out to Nina several times and she was always available and accomadating. I highly recommend staying at this cottage!"

"The first thing we saw was in the bathroom- the toilet had a pink ring where it had not been cleaned. The mirrors had spots & the shower did too. Towels were old and tattered. The walls were covered in nails and scuff marks as if someone had lived there and moved out and the next person never took the time to fix. Felt so accommodating with large bedrooms and closet space. With 4 women the 2 full bathrooms were very much appreciated.
