Great vacation!
The condo was perfect for my family although we were originally eight people but wound up only being six. Eight people would have been tight as we are adults with teenagers!

Such a great location, especially for kids...
Beautiful condo and the location was great for kids - waterpark, beach, and restaurants all within walking distance. Pier 60 and aquarium were only a short ride a way. Would go back for sure!!

The only issue we had was the beds were really squeaky which made it really hard to sleep.

Florida family fun

Beautiful View
Very nice condo with updated furniture, decor, and baths. The view of the harbor from the balcony and the window wall was beautiful. It is just one block to the beach and there was a fun restaurant and bar on the other side of the water park. I didn’t have children with me, but the water park looked like it would be fun too.

Awesome stay!
Everything as advertised. Would stay again! Keep in mind if the weather gets below a certain temperature they will close the water park - not a big deal for us, but something to keep in mind.

Beach, water park and intercoastal!
Excellent property perfect for kids! The waterpark on site was perfect for my 6,8 and 10 year old. Big enough for them to have fun but small enough for them to run around safely! Beach is an easy walk. Place was so spacious. Nice comfy beds and extras like beach toys, indoor toys and games. Really appreciated all the extra touches like Christmas decorations. We loved our stay; thank you!!

Wonderful place with a great location
There were six of us. It was our family and our kids’ significant others. The place is spacious with three bedrooms allowing us to spread out and not step on each other. It’s a simple 5 minute walk to a not crowded beach and the kids enjoyed the water park immensely. My wife and I enjoyed simply walking around the area. A Publix market is just over a mile away so you can grab food and drink. I highly recommend. It’s wonderful

Mini college reunion
Had a great visit w 8 college friends. Unit was well appointed, and a great location in Indian Rocks beach. Restaurants in walking distance, beach access 2 blocks away and a fun water park with provided passes..Great sunrise view from the balcony and terrific sunsets from the roof deck.
