The staff were really amazing. Friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Five star customer service from check-in through check-out! The room was not very clean at all. The sofa and sofa bed were both heavily used and smelled like cigarette smoke. Also, there were no pillows, sheets, or blankets on the sofa bed and when we asked, there weren’t any pillows or blankets available. The shower needs a good scrub, one of the bed frames was broken and the floor was dirty. If you walked around in the room, you’d have to wash your feet to get in bed or change socks to put shoes on. We stayed two nights and the police were called there both for problems with the residents that are staying long term (the first night they were there at least twice). The area is actually not bad and had a lot of restaurants around as well as having beaches and the pier not far away at all. Again, every staff member here was great and genuinely tried to make our stay a positive one.

I Personally didn’t like Expedia that I booked with because when I got to the motel Expedia had already took the payment out but quality said it wasn’t paid for so I didn’t get to say there after driving 12 hrs. No happy about any of it!!😡

The bed and bedding was terrible. Every time you roll over, the bed squeaks and wakes everyone up. There was an entire flock of birds outside our room who woke up up from 0530-0730. Whenever a guest rolled a suite case by, it sounded like a train going by. On Sunday morning, there are a lot of guests leaving. Overall awful experience. I would love a refund for my night and will not be staying there again.

This hotel doubles as a homeless shelter. It gets loud in the evening as people hang out in the corridors talking on their phones, smoking, and yelling at their kids. The noise from street traffic goes on all night and it's hard to sleep. The floor in my room needed a good scrub because the dirt turned the bottoms of my socks black. The included breakfast was pretty bad, but if you want other options there are lots of strip malls with restaurants and fast food eateries in the area. Most of the staff was helpful and courteous. This outdated, tired hotel needs renovations. I would not stay here again.

1. I booked a king bed got a hard queen 2. The bathroom was nothing more than a powder room with no place to put even a toothbrush 3. The shower had 3 walls with no place to put the soap , shampoo, rag etc and the water didn’t drain filling it up with 4 inches of water. 4. The floors were so dirty our feet were filthy 5. When I complained to the desk they said “you got what you paid for we are a low budget hotel if you went to the Holiday Inn 2 blocks away it would have cost you double (not true I eventually priced it )”

We reserve a two bed room and upgrade to suit. The room smell funny like a resent flood, the bathroom was all rusted and the tub had broken tiles. You can see walls badly repair like something happend days earlier. If the suit was like that, i do not want to see the normal rooms. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Quality Inn bailed us out in incredibly short notice. We are so grateful for a place to sleep when there wasn’t anywhere else. Staff was incredibly amazing and professional. Kudos to the Staff! Clientele was not what we expected. Floor was filthy. Shower head corroded. Beds squeaky. Couch was completely warm out. I’ve never complained about hot water, but there was no warm/cold water! It was scalding hot and couldn’t bathe my daughter.

If there’s something I really dislike it’s being misled or lied to. Quality suites at Tropicana Field? It’s a 15 minute drive to the Tropicana field area from here and the explanation was that they were the only hotel when Tropicana first opened. That was in the late 90s. It’s time you revised that description and quit misleading people. For the price I paid it was definitely not worth doing. If it wasn’t such a tight month for me, I would’ve walked off and left no matter what. The staff were rude. The hotel is filthy, there was somebody’s mouthguard, sitting outside our door when we checked in and the smell inside the room was masked urine. A hot bath after a long day would have been nice, but no stopper for the tub. Yanked clean out. Never again I will book through someone else next time.

From the first day I checked in, I let them know that the bathtub drain was clogged. They said I would have to wait for maintenance to come and look at it the next morning. I checked in Friday night, I was away until 8pm Saturday. Got back to the room, check with the guy at reception, he said it didn't look like anything was done and there was no other room available. I had to deal with that messy situation my whole stay. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

If you want to be surrounded by possible drug addicts, be woken by housekeeping carts and noisy a/c units then this is the place for you. I’m seriously surprised there were no bed bugs with how filthy this place was. I’ve never been so happy to leave a place. DONT STAY HERE

Found several bugs in the bed. When reporting the situation the staff frantically offered a refund, almost as if to coverup the situation. Then when trying to finalize said refund the staff tried blaming the situation on me and refused to refund or offer any accomodations. Drive down the block to Holiday Inn!
