Dissapointing

Posted Jun 15, 2015
150 dollars for a very out dated room, bath tub was rusty and stained. The breakfast in the morning was non existent, they even ran out of spoons and we had to eat cereal with a fork and a straw. The hotel staff was really nice but I feel that is too expensive for what it has to offer.

Nice hotel in the Arts District

Posted May 10, 2015
Pros: We like the 1920's decor and the size of the rooms. The staff are very nice.
Cons: I don't know if they own the parking lot, but it would be nice if it was paved.
Location: There are several museums and restaurants within a 15 minute walk. The Dali museum is further away, but still walkable.
This was the second time we stayed here in 2 months. We were offered our choice of room on the first or second floor. We chose the first floor. The hotel staff were very friendly and even recognized us from our previous visit. The in room coffee, microwave and fridge are convenient. The breakfast isn't the greatest but is about what you get at other chain hotels.

Great location & inexpensive hotel!

Posted May 4, 2015
Older hotel but in good condition walking distance to restaurants, bars, & shops in downtown St. Pete. We walked to dinner & went out for drinks without worrying about driving or getting a cab & also walked to The Dali Museum the next day. The room was clean & exactly as described, free wifi & friendly staff. The parking was $6 a day though unfortunately. Also, the doors to the hotel are locked after 10pm & you need the code, making us feel safe! The price for the location is more than worth it, definitely recommended!

good hotel, nice location, great personnel

Posted Apr 26, 2015
Pros: It's location and spacious room. Good wifi.
Cons: - Possibly a few more breakfast options. - TV upgrade - Fresh carpet
Location: Downtown St Petersburg is great! A short drive away from St Pete beach or the beautifull Frt De Soto Beach.
We planned to stay at the Cordova Inn for a few days but ended up staying there for two weeks. The location is great and a walking distance of downtown St Petersburg and its baywalk blvd and pier. The hotel room is good but don't expect a 4* hotel room and bathroom. The personnel is very kind and helpfull. Overall we had a pleasant stay!

We were in town for a friend's wedding, and stayed for an evening - very convenient to shops and restaurants. Helpful staff, quaint, historical inn - very exquisite.

Well located hotel

Posted Apr 19, 2015 on Hotels
The lady at the reception desk was very kind. The hotel is very well located, close to restaurant, museum and shopping areas. It has a nice veranda where you can sit to enjoy breakfast or coffee. The breakfast is included and is ok for the price of the room. Coffee machine free 24 hours. The room and bathroom are spacious, but the linens were not clean and the bed was not well done. The bathtub and curtain were dirty. The worse was the lock door. It was extremely difficult to manipulate and we spend 5 minutes trying to lock it, and when we came back it was open. The hotel could be charming but it needs maintenance.

Beautiful 1920's hotel right in downtown

Posted Apr 17, 2015
Cons: The bath tub was a bit leaky, but nothing major.
Location: The water is 100 feet away along with all these wonderful restaurants, a movie theatre and shops, including the chihuly collection.
The staff were friendly, caring, and polite. The hotel was beautiful and had free wifi which was awesome. The claw foot tub in my room was enough to make me giddy. This is a decently priced and nice place to stay if your passing through the city.
