Beautiful Home and Pool
The house & pool was even better than we expected. The garage area includes a billiards table, Dart Board and indoor shuffle table that were all a big hit. There were pool toys for the kids and an area off the pool that included a refrigerator and lounge area with a TV. The weather was not great so we depended on the heated pool to entertain the kids. The only drawback was the lack of a hot tub. It does have an over flow area that is a little warmer though. Our only issue was with the management of the property. When we first arrived we were outside waiting for the cleaning person, who was sitting in the living room waiting for the sheets to dry, to give us the go ahead to enter and I finally decided we weren’t waiting and started unloading our stuff. There were issues with the TV (couldn’t access the Spectrum Cable svc) and an issue with a Security Video system that sits above the main balcony (which is right next to the master bedroom) whose light kept going on and off all night which made it difficult to sleep every night and never did get fixed. We were told by a maintenance guy that the property mgmt grp didn’t have access to it and only the Owners could adjust it. And they never did. Our assigned rep was great to start but wasn’t responding after the 3rd day. Overall it was a great place though.

Beautiful Location
Great location and the house was clean and up to date on everything. Would highly recommend! A bit pricey, but when you see this place and the location the price begins to make sense. 10/10!

Birthday celebration
Great location on Treasure Island Beach, we loved the house, what a beautiful place to relaxe, there was room for all 14 of us. Enjoyed the beach and the pool, everyone loved the table shuffle board, very relaxing and the weather was great!

Great house for big family vacation
This house is great and perfect for a family to stay in. We had 14 people and plenty of room and fun! The downstairs is so great for hanging out in, playing games, going tot he beach and pool. We already talked about going back. The location is perfect. Very close to Publix and restaurants.

Great location on the beach, needs some fixes
The location on the beach is excellent! Too bad the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced as it is beyond it's useful life. There were also not enough forks (only 10) when there should be at least 1 per possible guest. Also, there are no smaller plastic cups for children. Had to clean the pool filter basket ourselves because the pool service did not do it.

Perfect place close to home
This beautiful home is perfect for a big family vacation. The amount of space and the amenities are awesome. Most everything you need is there and the grocery store is just blocks away.

Wonderful place to evacuate for a hurricane
We came from East Coast of Florida to escape Hurricane Isaias. What an amazing place to rest and relax!! Beautiful view, easy beach access, awesome pool and outdoor living area. Lots of room, extra air mattresses, baby gates. Kitchen was stocked with most cooking needs. We would love to come back.

Awesome vacation
This was our first time to Treasure Island. The house was awesome! Clean and perfect. All the linens were supplied, some paper products and cleaning supplies also. Great location, close to stores and restaurants. The beach access was great and the supplied chairs really make spending time on the beach so nice. Looking forward to booking again!

Fun Family Treasure Island Beach House!
This beautiful house was perfect for our 3 generation family vacation. It is located right on Treasure Island FL beach with a pool and hot tub. We had plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms for everyone. There was everything we needed available for us - Lots of beach toys & chairs, towels & beach/pool towels, Baby gates, dishes, pans, etc. There is a nice loft upstairs. There is even a toy area for kids with lots of books and movies. The Game Room downstairs was really fun to have next to the kitchen area right off the pool. We took full advantage of both the pool and the beach everyday. This beach is a beautiful, very clean beach with Amazing sunsets!!! We had such a nice relaxing family vacation here!! Would highly recommend this property!

Outdoor living at its best. This home had everything needed plus more. Beach access was perfect!
The downstairs outdoor living area was a huge bonus on top of the spacious and comfortable living areas upstairs. They really did have everything you need to have a great time. The beach toys, pool floats, coolers, beach towels, etc. were a great bonus. The inside kids area was stocked with toys and games. The kids loved the PS4! There were plenty of pillows, linens, towels, kitchenware, etc. When we needed someithing, we just looked around the house, and almost every time found what we needed. We stay in beach home rentals every year. This home leads to a private like beach, which is incredible. Usually there are still some groups on the beach but at this home you feel like the beach is all yours. We would stay in this home again for sure. The only thing I can say that might be negative is the air conditioning. It was set on a timer and we would have to manually adjust it twice a day, once we got used to that, it was fine. It is not an issue that would stop us from re-booking this location though. I still rate this location as 5 stars. We had a great time at this home. It was a perfect fit for our family ages 3-40.

Works for large family who enjoy being on a quiet white sand beach and in a heated pool.
Had a small hitch with the heated pool but otherwise the home was well appointed, clean and family friendly. The location was excellent with a mere few steps to a quiet beach with white sand and beautiful water.

HomeAway was not accurate.
The address that HomeAway provided for our stay was not the actual address of the residence we rented. In fact the address listed on the site was 1 hr north of where we were actually staying. The transfer bus dropped us off at the address listed on HomeAway Needless to say we had to find new transportation and more $$$$ to get to actual address. Very disappointed in Homeaway and will not use this site ever again. Customer service basically laughed at me after trying to relay my frustration. Poor poor site.

Great location, lots of space for a large group
A very nice beach house with lots of space, both for,gathering, and solitude. Very nice being able to enjoy the great beach, and the pool. A short walk on the beach to rent paddle boards and kayaks. Would definitely go back.

Couldn't have gone any better!
I brought my staff here for our annual employee vacation and it couldn't have gone any better! The property manager was great, great location and great house with the perfect amenities. We will definitely consider this location again in the future.

Beautiful location, awesome property
Three generations of family on vacation, in a beautiful house with outstanding amenities and gorgeous view -- what could be better? The house has 3 levels, the lower level can be completely opened to the outside -- access to the pool, beach and spectacular sunsets. The 2 upper levels have balconies, as well. The interior is very nice. This is not a negative, but please don't assume you can take small children into this property and turn them loose without parental supervision. There are stairs, beautiful décor and obviously a pool and beach access, although access to the beach is gated. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to do what little cooking we did. Publix right down the street. I could go on forever, but do yourself a favor -- if you're looking for a beautiful venue and awesome property -- try this!

We really enjoyed our stay with a couple of exceptions. We have rented many homes all over the country. This is the first home that had not one condiment in the kitchen. I'm talking salt and pepper on up. The fridge was totally empty! One kitchen towel in the house! We had to get everything from toilet paper to dish soap. Judging from what we had left, I would say the housecleaning staff takes everything left, everything! There were no cleaning supplies anywhere, not a sponge in the kitchen, we bought it all. We chose to take everything we bought to the nice man next door who offered the use of his water toys to us for the week, bet those housekeepers were suprised to find we left NOTHING. GREAT HOUSE just plan to spend alot of $ stocking up.
