Enjoy the comforts of home while watching the boats come and go. This Condo has great views of the marina and St. John and is steps away from the beach and pools. King size bed, pull out couch with luxury mattress, AC, WiFi, cable TV and all you beach needs(chairs, coolers, towels, snorkel gear and much more). Large corner patio with outdoor dining table. Large grassy area off the patio for extra enjoyment. Sapphire is a gated community with 5 restaurants/ bars and coffee shops all on property. Jump on a charter boat right off your front porch. Red Hook and the ferry to St. John is a easy 5 minute drive as are 5 other highly desirable beaches. Truely one of the very few spots in island easily navigated without a car.

Proximity to beach and excursions
We appreciated the close proximity to the Sapphire beach and the pool. You can see St. John from the patio. Many options available right at this marina for excursions including: parasailing, jet skis, and sailing trips. Just a short 5 minute taxi ride to Red Hook for additional dining and shopping and ferry rides to St John. Be sure and check out Sudi’s restaurant which is just a short walk up the hill.

Refrigerator filthy. Had to clean before using. No light in refrigerator. 1/2 roll of toilet paper, no Kleenex. Mold on shower curtain.Owner did come with a few rolls of t- paper., no kleenix and a small bottle of dish soap.Reimbursed me $40 for cleaning refrigerator. Never did come back with light for refrigerator. Very disappointed

The property was beautiful and the location near the marina was perfect. We enjoyed how well equipped the unit was with beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, and kitchen items. The bed was super comfortable. We would stay here again, loved it!

The unit was fantastic and right on the sapphire beach Marina, just steps from the beach and incredible snorkeling. The AC worked well and we enjoyed breakfast on our patio every single morning - watching pelicans dive into the water.
