Proximity to beach and excursions
We appreciated the close proximity to the Sapphire beach and the pool. You can see St. John from the patio. Many options available right at this marina for excursions including: parasailing, jet skis, and sailing trips. Just a short 5 minute taxi ride to Red Hook for additional dining and shopping and ferry rides to St John. Be sure and check out Sudi’s restaurant which is just a short walk up the hill.

Refrigerator filthy. Had to clean before using. No light in refrigerator. 1/2 roll of toilet paper, no Kleenex. Mold on shower curtain.Owner did come with a few rolls of t- paper., no kleenix and a small bottle of dish soap.Reimbursed me $40 for cleaning refrigerator. Never did come back with light for refrigerator. Very disappointed

This is not a fair review. You had 2 rolls in the bathroom and more in the closet. You didn’t initially see them but did when I came and brought you another 4 rolls and enough dish soap for a month within 20 minutes of you arriving and calling. I did not come back with a bulb for the fridge, you are correct and I apologize. The fridge had coffe grounds in it. Unacceptable, I reimbursed you greatly for the over site of that and an empty bottle of water that was inappprotly left behind. Shower curtain was brand new in January, this is the first I am hearing about that problem but would have come and installed the extra that I have on site for emergency’s. I do a lot for my guests and am very attentive to their needs. I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay.

The property was beautiful and the location near the marina was perfect. We enjoyed how well equipped the unit was with beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, and kitchen items. The bed was super comfortable. We would stay here again, loved it!

The unit was fantastic and right on the sapphire beach Marina, just steps from the beach and incredible snorkeling. The AC worked well and we enjoyed breakfast on our patio every single morning - watching pelicans dive into the water.

This marina side condo was perfect! Quiet and very lovely - exactly as the pictures described. It was well stocked with the essentials for the week as well!! I would highly recommend!!

Perfect Location!
It was perfect! I don’t typically leave reviews but I was so very impressed by this VRBO. This was the BEST location on Sapphire Beach. We were in unit F-101 on the main floor. You look out directly on the marina but it is sheltered by a hedge. My husband enjoyed watching the boats going out every morning. It is about 2 blocks from the main beach so you do not have people walking past your unit all day. It was especially windy while we were there and our location was not quite as windy as being directly on the beach. Virginia has thought of EVERYTHING! It was just like being at home only in a beautiful location with a view of the ocean. The bed was comfortable with soft sheets. Nice water pressure in the shower. Every item you could possibly need for enjoying the beach; snorkel gear, floaties, coolers, chairs. She even had sunburn lotion! We also enjoyed the Alexa speaker for streaming music. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped to cook and there was even a grill on the porch. We really enjoyed our time there and have priceless memories. Thank you Virginia for sharing your home with us!

My partner and I loved our stay here. Virginia is a very responsive host and the property is in a great location. We had access to the beach, a fantastic pool, a convenience store, and four different restaurants, all within walking distance. The apartment itself was very nice: comfy king-sized bed, large bathroom, kitchen with all the amenities, and a lovely patio with a view of the marina. Highly recommend.

Despite paying the cleaning fee for the property the shower was visibly dirtied with stains and hair, which I cleaned myself and didn’t give much thought to as I had been traveling all day and wanted to relax. The room otherwise looked clean but at the end of the trip my boyfriend and I noticed that we were getting a lot of bug bites that we believed to mosquitoes. The bites were so bad that I went to the Drs upon arriving back home and she informed me the linear bites proved to be that of bed bugs. I reached out to the owner of the property who attempted to discredit my Dr and bites saying they were that of “sand fleas”. She sent me photos and videos of the mattress we slept on that only showed the top view of the bed but not the seams on the side where the bed bugs typically reside. Rather than take any responsibility or offer any type of refund despite reaching out through VRBO and email, I’ve received nothing since she believes my Dr is wrong and the top of the bed is “clean”. Although I’ve had to pay medical and sanitizing fees due to this incident just to fall on deaf ears, I hope the next visitors are aware of the situation they’re getting themselves into and beware of the bed bugs you could be exposing yourself to. I hope she uses my money to fumigate the area so my expenses could go to something other than a ruined birthday trip.

AMAZING! Do NOT look further. Believe me this is the one! She thought of everything from blow up kayaks, electric grill, to hair ties. Beautiful, spacious, clean, with a beautiful view and 3 mins to the beach with restaurants and bars. Quick taxi to redhook. Hook’d amazing get the mussels. Want to go parasailing, jetski, or ride the screaming eagle. You can see the boat from the porch walk 10 yards. Go to St. John! Moho and trunk bay! Bring snorkel gear. Eat at longboard. Amazing experience! This is the place for you!

We spent five memorable days in this beautiful and serene condo overlooking the marina. The place was excellent in every sense. Charming, super clean and well stocked with everything you'd need for your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a hammock, inflatable kayaks and snorkeling gear, just to name a few... Conveniently located within a short walking distance from the beach, swimming pool and restaurants, and just a short taxi ride to Red Hook. The owner was very friendly and responsive, and she made sure we had a very pleasant stay. It was easy to fall in love with the place and feel right at home. Thank you, Virginia!

Perfect paradise getaway
This was our first time staying at Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina and we absolutely loved it. The condo was spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything you could imagine. I have stayed at plenty of condos and this definitely was the most well stocked one I have experienced. The view of the marina is great and perfect for booking an excursion that is only steps away from the patio. We loved having a day out on a sail boat and only having to take a short walk back “home”. This condo is only a quick walk to the beach and pool. We really enjoyed the pool with our young daughter as it was never overly crowded and was easy to relax while keeping an eye on her. It was nice to be so close to the beach but in a more secluded setting of the marina. Virginia was easy to get into contact with and responded quickly any time we needed. I can’t wait to come back sometime in the future! Thanks for sharing your little slice of paradise with us.

This property is in a safe beautiful area. We loved sitting on the back porch watching the boats come and go. Walking over to Sapphire Beach was quick and easy. We became friends with the iguanas and chickens. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Perfect Vacation Spot!
My boyfriend and I had a great time. The location is great, the people were friendly and Virginia was always available when we needed her. She was quick to resolve an issue we had and even delivered a delicious bottle of wine for us to enjoy. The villa is stocked with anything you may need to enjoy the area. This condo is a gem!
Our first time in St Thomas and we had no idea where to stay. So glad we found this listing! This unit is perfect for a couple or maybe a family with 1 small child. It would have been cramped with 3 or more adults. We loved being right on the marina and watching the boats but also a quick walk to the beach. Being on first floor made grabbing all our beach stuff easy, and even better the condo has ALL you need for beach and more. We loved the on site coffee shops and walked up the hill to Sudi’s a couple of times. Taxis were always easy to get at the taxi stand. The condo was clean, well-equipped and we loved it! Would definitely recommend!!!

One Perfect Harbor!
My wife and I went down and stayed here for our honeymoon and has the most relaxing 9 days of our lives. The listing doesn't even do the place justice. The check in process was super easy and the host was so easy to communicate with us. She sent us a lot of helpful information well before we even got there to help us prepare. The view is incredible, right over a marina. Its a short walk to the beach, and being on that side of the island made it really convenient to get dinner in red hook or take the ferry to St John. Plus there was Sudi's right up the hill which was fantastic. The amenities are all great, the shower was fantastic, the kitchen was great and easy to use and find everything, and the king bed was shockingly comfortable. The host also made sure we were ok when there were blackouts, which only last about 90 minutes, which we were prepared for since she made us aware ahead of time. We enjoyed sitting outside and reading with drinks watching the sunset every night on the beautiful table. There was also an amazing hammock, and 2 of our favorite nights were spent just relaxing outside. The moon and the clouds over the water were amazingly beautiful. We would stay here again in a heart beat. Thank you so much!

Safe & Relaxing Condo
This was my first time to the USVI and I had a great experience! Virginia was very responsive any time I had a question or concern. Her knowledge of the island was very helpful for a first-timer and she saved us a few bucks with her advice on using taxis instead of getting a rental car. There is almost alway a taxi available near building A and the taxis are willing to take you anywhere on the island for just a few bucks. The gated condo community is clean and has a safe feeling. You are steps from Sapphire Beach, which in my opinion is highly underrated. The condo is perfect for a couple, it has everything you need, and then some. The condo is stocked with extra toiletries, bedding, beach gear, and kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, EVOO, etc.). The bed is very comfortable and the condo is quiet at night. We had a great stay at Virginia's condo and we would do it again!

Exactly what we needed-
Book your holiday carefully on St Thomas- trusting the individual you get your info from (which can be challenging). Islanders will confirm, Virginia has it down- Clean apartment, nice amenities, perfect environment. Being extremely attentive is key as a host- and she is fantastic. Always putting her guests first. Highly recommended.

Wonderful location, Kind and responsive hostess
Right next to marina with various activities including parasailing. Right next to a beautiful private beach with sand and corals. Big patio and property well-stocked with beach stuff including many floats. Virginia was very responsive and kind and thoughtful. She helped us get our laundry done when the local laundry facility was closed for maintenance. She got insect bite relief and prevention cream when our child had severe insect bites.

Sapphire Beach stay
The condo was clean and had all kinds of amenities. We loved just hanging on the patio watching the action in the marina. We would have liked sooner access information to the condo then the day of arrival. The grounds are in disrepair and need a lot of upkeep so that takes away from the beauty of the beach. There is also a territorial situation about the loungers we did not know about. You have to check with the guy between buildings and he will give you ones after they check to see if you really are staying there.

Wish I had known that you were having trouble with chairs, I would have made a quick phone call for you, they are protecting the property from the general public infavor of the Individuals staying there. You are correct. The landscaping around the resort is still recovering from the hurricanes but is getting better all the time, luckily all the facilities are in great shape. I wish I could give the info on how to get in sooner but this has caused problems in the past with people trying to get in (very early) while others are still there. I hope you enjoyed your time in st Thomas 😎

This was an amazing condo! The back porch was quite at all hours of the day with a beautiful tropic breeze. It was only a 2 min walk to the beach and we were able to snorkel right off the beach. It was also a very short cab ride to red hook which had shopping and restaurants, a grocery store and the ferry ride to St. John.

We enjoyed our stay at Virginia’s resident. I appreciate the cleanliness, there wasn’t hair everywhere, surfaces were clean, plenty of supplies for any needs you may have. The ambiance in the space is perfect for a couple. The view and short walk to the beach is fantastic. Though there is an odor outside which is out of the owners control, it doesn’t take away from the overall experience. Plus Sapphire Beach has a view of St. John. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting and I’d make a recommendation to other to enjoy the space a well.
