"The room was clean and had all the necessities. The kitchen had silverware, plates, pots, pans, and an espresso machine. The bathroom was clean, and the tub was spacious. The bed was comfortable. However, the pull-out bed was uncomfortable and tilted to one side. Additionally, customer service was terrific. They even do your laundry. Overall, I loved my stay here. "

"When we arrived at the property my husband thought it looked like the wrong place and had been abandoned for a long time because the grounds are not kept up well. Once inside it is very clean and nice. The balcony overlooks the mountains and valley. There are cute sheep & goats with bells near by who will greet you if you're walking into to town. There are many hiking trails near by and a special spring fed pond area that people use for health. You can swim but no suits allowed and it is...

A Wonderful Stay in Lucerne.
"Hotel de la Paix was an excellent hotel for us - in east walking distance to all amenities and to the train station. The staff at the front desk were amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The beds were very comfortable. The guest rooms are basic, clean, and had every thing we needed. The breakfast buffet was very good - again with great service. "
