Horrible site for specific information. Website said” pet friendly” but no other info. Never paid more than $30 for a pet. Booked without being able to find the price and UNTIL I paid for a non-refundable room. THEN, I was able to find the, extremely high, price which I couldn’t afford. $75! Screwed up my entire trip! Will never book a Hilton again. Maybe a third party issue.

The hotel is under a complete remodel renovation. You couldn’t even access. The lobby had to come in through a back door to a total construction zone to get on one elevator, because the other one was out of order jackhammers going all kinds of work being done. Was never advised this when I booked the hotel with you guys, not happy about it at all. However, my room was clean and the staff was 100% kissing ass to every customer in there that was upset so that was nice to see but even in my room I can hear Jack hammering and all kinds of construction noises , I feel that you guys should have advised us of this situation since I’m spending my money with you. Let me know what you guys are going to do about that. Thank you.

Staff is very rude, especially kitchen workers being lazy sitting around talking and not serving customers. Hotel was under renovation/construction thus very noisy and dirty. Workers cleaned windows at 7am in the morning looking through our room when we were not properly dressed. Very disappointed at the front desk staff for not being helpful.

Remodeling nightmare
They were remodeling the property and I didn’t see any mentioning of that on the website prior to booking the hotel. No fitness center access and the place was a mess.

They didnt tell us about the renovation till we got there. Very loud people above us! The hot water took forever to become like warm. The loud cars I know they can't help but annoying.

Staff are friendly. Quiet, clean and safe place. About thing I didn’t like, I find the shower stall very narrow. My husband hit his elbow in the sliding door. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you!
