Perfect location
The home is in a quiet neighborhood located on a large corner lot, beautifully landscaped. Its location is close to everything with a short drive to the beach. The house is well kept, just a few things need addressing. - ice maker doesn’t work - water in MB toilet runs periodically, woke me at night - pool vacuum is always in the pool - internet password was incorrect, timely to figure out We will definitely consider returning.

Great place
My friends and I came down to the area to see a friend, but wanted to have our own space. This was the perfect option. Great outdoor area and the master bedroom was on the other end of the house. It was a great set up for us.

Jeff’s property is immaculately clean and in a wonderful, safe neighborhood. We had a minor issue at the beginning of our 2 week stay and Jeff was quick to communicate with us and worked hard to fix the issue. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again next winter.

Short stay but we enjoyed our stay
We just stayed for 2 nights before our beach house was available. We enjoyed the pool and the tiki hut outside and the pool table inside. The property was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect... 20 minutes from our beach house rental in Stuart Beach and the neighborhood was nice. The location and landscaping made it feel like we had the neighborhood to ourselves. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The only thing that I would change is the sheer curtain for the master bedroom. When your have the lights on your can see right into the bedroom from the backyard. There should be another option to close blinds or have a better curtain that really provides privacy. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. I'd love to know the brand and buy one for my home.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood
We so enjoyed our stay in Jeff’s charming house in a safe & quiet neighborhood. It had so many thoughtful details. The house was spotless and we felt very comfortable from the start. My teenage son loved the pool table and the pool. The pool was a bit chilly but we’re from the northeast so we’re used to swimming in chilly water. I loved relaxing poolside, enjoying the privacy and quietness of the neighborhood. It was a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to book another stay in early 2024.

Our Stay Was Memorable In Many Respects
Plusses: 1. Jeff, the owner & landlord, is an affable (albeit reserved) individual. He seemed responsive to many of our immediate needs. 2. The home is situated in a mid-range segment of town, a very quiet area of the community. 3. The house is relatively convenient to the center of town...which is a must-see trip...and is close to shopping/restaurants/golf courses/highways. 4.The "street appeal" of the house is good; the interior layout of the home also is good; the furnishings...while somewhat dated...are quite comfortable . 5. Except for the need of more water goblets, the dishware/cutlery/wine glasses were sufficient. 6.The daily/weekly/monthly rental prices were deemed to be "competitive." Minuses: 1. We recognize that securing capable help these days borders on impossible. Jeff does the best that he can under those circumstances. 2.While the pool...and the surrounding area...are nicely done, the pool is unheated (for the winter months). And it should be screened from above, as well as on the sides in order to prevent leaves (as well as other uninvited elements) from finding their way into the pool. 3. Although the house is located some distance away from the ocean, that problem is manageable. However, at least two beach chairs, perhaps a recliner or two, and a beach umbrella should have been provided. 4. While someone might be critical of the sink-shower plumbing concepts, they can be made to work adequately.

Great property and easy to get to .. along with great access to the beach and downtown Stuart. The pool is unuseable, it is not covered and was full of debris.

Enjoyable Central Eastern Florida Stay
Great place to hosts guests and entertain. Lots to do inside and out with pool table and pool. Landscaping was very tropical and inviting. Location was very central to Stuart and surrounding areas. Would highly recommend.

Family Fun for Everyone
We enjoyed our stay at North River Shores & cannot wait to come back to the FL sun! The property is tucked away on a quiet street and very nicely landscaped. We travelled with 3 girls (aged 2-5) and they enjoyed the kids room and splashing in the pool! We managed to take advantage of the kitchen and outdoor space on several occasions and definitely enjoyed sipping coffee outside on the rocking chairs in the morning. The hosts did a great job making sure the home was stocked with supplies to make the trip unforgettable. Thank you so much!

Excellent location
House is in such a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood but still close to stores and restaurants. Jeff was very available for any issues that may arise because he lives so close. Backyard was awesome as others have stated, very private. Pool was nice, but could only use it a few times because it’s not heated. (We were there in February) Layout of house is great, master bedroom on one side, two guest rooms and 2nd bath on the other side. And, plenty of hangers available! The kitchen was lacking a few items I’m used to using, but I sent Jeff a note recommending he supply them for future renters. He does supply plenty of towels (excellent quality), toilet paper and paper towels. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Vacation in Stuart, Florida
This is a lovely vacation rental. Location is quiet. It is very pretty. Used the pool everyday. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. It really felt like you were at home. Everything you needed to cook was in the kitchen. Beach was close by. If you like to golf I would highly recommend the Jensen Beach Golf Course. Course is in great shape and nice club rentals for reasonable price. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful home in great location!

Self Isolation Haven
We enjoyed a month at San Souci which is conveniently located between Stuart and Jensen Beach. After the first few days, we received the Safer At Home request from the Governor. If we had to stay in, this was the place to be. Quiet, comfortable quarters and a backyard oasis to contemplate life or just listen to the birds. Thank you, Jeff.

Our home away from home
Beautiful home in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Check in was very easy and owner is quick to answer any questions. The location is close to everything and anything you may need or want to do. The home is cozy, yet spacious and most importantly, clean. Beds are very comfortable. My favorite part was enjoying morning coffee and meals in the tiki hut in the very private backyard. The TV provided entertainment as did the squirrels that run along the wooden fences. The pool we didn’t use often as we are beach goers, but it was nice to have it available for the couple of times we did use it. The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off the salt and sand after long beach days. An added bonus is the pool table. My husband and daughters boyfriend really enjoyed some great games! All in all, I considered this our home away from home. It felt great to walk in at the end of each days adventures. I would have loved to stay through the rest of winter! We had never been to this area of FL previously, but we LOVED it and are definitely considering moving there as we approach retirement. We have only been back north for 3 days and all I can say is TAKE ME BACK!! Highly recommend.

The listing was just as advertised (quiet neighborhood and was definitely close to everything). The owner was nice and pleasant. Our son enjoyed the swimming pool and we all had fun playing pool (billiards).

Peaceful with access to everything
This home was a perfect place to spend a week relaxing in the sun. The back yard is so private and tranquil. The home has everything you need and is so close to everything Stuart has to offer. I enjoyed long walks in the morning and then cooling off in the pool. We loved the outdoor shower. The king size bed and the queen were so comfortable.! We did not use the third bedroom. There is plenty of room to spread out if you need space to read or just want to watch a movie. Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly and said hello when they saw us. I would love to live in this area some day. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect end of summer stay-cation!!
This was a perfect house for our 2 families to get away for an end of summer stay-cation! It's in a beautiful neighborhood that is close to the beach and lots to do! Would definitely come back again and recommend it to anybody who's looking to just relax in a beautiful peaceful pool home! Lots of amenities! If you are in the area I would recommend going over near the Intracoastal to Kona Beach Cafe, great good and atmosphere! The owner Jeff was very pleasent and accommodating to work with to make our stay that much better!

Fantastic Vacation Home!
This was the second time my family stayed in this lovely home. The home and neighborhood is so beautiful! The pool was sparkling clean. One of the things we love the most about staying in this home is how close everything is. Whether it be shopping, beaches, or dining, we are able to get there quickly. We love it!

This house was perfect for us 4 guys on a golf trip to the area. Good location, lots of space, and big TVs. The pool and tiki hut were wonderful. Next time we head to Stuart again, we will be staying here for sure!

A great vacation home in a quiet area.
This house was exactly what we needed. It has 3 large bedrooms and 2 very nice bathrooms. The pool is small but nice and the tiki hut made this place feel extra special. There was even a TV in the Tiki hut although we didn't use it. The house has high end finishes and beautiful artwork. The pool table in the family room was a blast. We would definitely stay here again. The owner Jeff was a very nice gentleman and really wanted us to feel at home.

Fantastic!!!
Our family stayed here recently while in the area for a baseball tournament. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood but very close to restaurants, grocery stores, the mall and just about any type of store you need. My kids loved the pool table--kept them quite entertained. We also enjoyed the pool!!! Very nice house!!!!

Great house and location for family vacation getaway
We loved the house! Very well furnished and equipped. Very clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed both the pool and the pool table. Neighborhood is beautiful and also very quiet, as advertised. Ample driveway for parking (even with a boat trailer). Location is great! Minutes away from downtown Stuart and a short drive to beaches, shopping and boat ramps. Three huge flat screen TV's, including one outside under the Tiki Hut, were a plus. We had only one minor problem in that the dishwasher was not working but Jeff got right on it as soon as we let him know about it. Our only real criticism would be the lack of blinds or curtains on the sliding glass doors in the master bedroom which allowed the sun to shine in a bit too early. It was our first visit to the Stuart area and would definitely go again and rent Jeff's house again!

Wonderful home for a family in Stuart FL
We had an exceptional time in a very well-maintained and lovely home. Our extended family stayed and the house layout made if very easy to put the little one down for a nap and spend time around the pool at the same time. The tiki hut (with TV!) was a huge hit; we spent from almost sun up to sun down there and able to use the pool. Nice, quiet neighborhood with all the necessary grocery and other stores nearby. The owner was a pleasure to work with before and during our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better location and home for 10 days.

Great Stay!
The house was great! You could tell that Jeff is still in the process of finishing but from the pool and Tiki out back (with a 50" TV) to the pool table inside everything was great. We had a few minor issues but Jeff was able to take care of right away! Only thing needed was a blender to make those daiquiris for the ladies! Thanks for a great stay Jeff!
