Holiday house in beautiful south - west facing

The house is located in the archipelago Solsidan Karlskrona on the west side of the island Sturkö. In a beautiful south - west facing position located directly above the small harbor Sanda, you have a mile-wide unobstructed views of the Djupasund, the Baltic Sea to the mainland.
Here, in the heart of Gäddriket the conditions for an exciting fishing holidays are perfect. Even from Hafenanleger you have good opportunities to fish with lures and bait for perch and pike. Front of the property is the own jetty.
From the small investor in Sanda there in the summer months a ferry to the city center of Karlskrona, a UNESCO - World Heritage site, or even in the wonderful nature reserve of the eastern archipelago. Book a Skärgårdstur!
On the island there are Sturkö bike riding and good hiking opportunities.


Solsidan Gård

Solsidan Gård is one of the oldest property in the small traditional fishing village of Sanda. It is situated on a calm residential street, just to the north, there are direct neighbors.
On the property is a main house, the historic "Vormannshaus" that is not rented. Behind it is a typical old barn where in former times the workshop and a fridge were.

The house Solsidan was originally an old horse and cow shed. In the 60's it was converted into a modern apartment building and completely renovated in 2014.
A stylish decor, minimalist design, open spaces with stairways, many large windows allow a panoramic - views of the sea and the Swedish countryside.
The open design of the stairs without railings, the house is unfortunately not suitable for families with small children!

Approximately 20 m below the property is your own jetty. In the harbor there is a boat slip.


Equipment

The ground floor is furnished with a modern fully fitted kitchen with open dining area. There is a separate utility and a utility room with washing machine, guest - WC, library, living room with fireplace, open stairs to the upper floor.

In the first Floor are the master bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with three single beds, two bathrooms with shower and toilet and a storage room.

Solsidan Hus is a "Non smoking - house".


Activities

The island Sturkö can explore on foot or by bicycle.
Small swimming holes with gravel floor are located in close proximity. A general swimming area is located about 5 km at the campsite Sturkö.

Professional fishing trips - "Hecht Safari" - can be booked in Karlskrona.

An open fishing boat (4,3 meters, 5 hp) can be rented through Sturkö Cyckelservice.

The line of the archipelago boats operates during the summer months from 01. June to 31 December. Of August. Sturkö there is bridge to mainland Europe and with the car, the distance to Karlskrona 28 km away. Here you will find u. A. Banks, major shopping centers, stores of Systembolaget, pharmacies and the district hospital.
In the small supermarket ICA 2 km away you can do everyday purchases.

For trips invites the immediate environment:

On Sturkö a historic windmill with a cafe next door a small gallery with pictures of J. Abrahamson.
Also famous are the specialties of Sturkö `s smokehouse, which offers freshly smoked fish.
In Andrens` bakery there are fresh rolls and bread.
At the campsite Sturkö is a restaurant and a mini golf course. The golf course at Trummenäs with a 18 - hole - course and a 9 - hole - short course is 20 minutes away.

On the neighboring island Tjurkö can the quarry Museum "Stenbräckagården" or visit Karlskrona from a tour to Kungsholm - Book Fort.

From Karlskrona by ferry which Aspö: There is the Drottingskär-castle, which can be visited.

Sturkö and Aspö are known for their beautiful bike - routes.


If you want to know the southeastern Sweden, that can be day trips wonderful places and many Swedish sights.

The naval town of Karlskrona, located on many islands, UNESCO World Heritage Site, offers museums, art galleries, restaurants, and streets to stroll and many summer festivals.
Boat trips run by Skärva and Nättreby - River or the health resort - Ronneby with the famous park, water park or garage sale.

Adorable is the small town Kristian Opel, which put yourself in a bygone era.

The art of glass blowing glass in the realm of Smaland is visible in the many large and small blowing factories and museums.

The city of Kalmar with its impressive castle and a picturesque old town is just 80 km away. From here, the bridge across the sound leads to the sunny island of Öland. Golf courses, sandy beaches, the summer residence of the Swedish royal family and many tourist summer life can be found here. On 14 7th day is celebrated on Solliden the "Victoria tag".

Sweden is also the world of the books by Astrid Lindgren. In Vimmerby there is the famous families - amusement park "Astrid Lindgren's World". There are also museums, the birthplace and its surroundings to discover locations from the films.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Der Aufenthalt war absolut entschleunigend. Das Haus liegt wunderschön direkt gegenüber vom kleinen Hafen in Sanda, hat einen großen Garten und ist wirklich außergewöhnlich gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und genießt die himmlische Ruhe dort. Die Insel kann man perfekt mit dem Fahrrad erkunden und eine interessante Natur erleben.

The House is very nice, more rooms than we needed. The view to the sea from inside to outside was beautiful. The history of Sturkö and Tjurkö is interesting. Karlskrona is worth to visit more than one time. Going in contact with the landlord was easy. Thanks. Das Haus ist sehr schön, es hat mehr Räume, als wir zu zweit benötigten. Der Blick aufs Wasser, den Hafen und die gegenüberliegende Insel ist sehr schön. Die Reise in die Vergangenheit von Sturkö und Tjurkö ist sehr spannend, sowohl was die Steinbrüche betrifft als auch die Bunker als Zeugen der Vergangenheit. Karlskrona ist mehr als einen Besuch wert. Die Kontaktaufnahme bei Nachfragen beim Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert. Danke.

Naturnaher Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus !
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ein großzügiges, gepflegtes Haus mit schönem Garten direkt am kleinen Hafen, mit traumhaften Blick auf die Ostsee und die Nachbarinsel. Das Wetter war zeitweise nicht gut aber so konnten wir das gemütliche Haus sehr genießen. Es war alles sehr gut organisiert. Ein wunderbarer Ort um als Familie mit Hund naturnahe Ferien zu verbringen. Mit der nur wenige Meter vom Haus abfahrenden kleinen Fähre konnte man innerhalb von 20 Minuten nach Karlskrona übersetzen. Der auf Sturkö gelegene ICA Supermarkt war tgl. geöffnet und bestens sortiert, so dass wir uns sehr gut verpflegen konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder und bedanken uns für die hervorragende Organisation! Familie Karsten Ulrich

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Haus wie beschrieben, am faszinierendsten fand ich, das man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten kann sowohl von der Küche als auch vom WZ aus und überhaupt den Ausblick aufs Wasser. Vermieter war sehr responsiv und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus in den Schären
Wer sehr viel Ruhe und herrliche Landschaft sucht, der ist hier richtig. Das Haus erstklassig ausgestattet. Lage am kleinen Hafen ist ideal für Ausflüge. Leider gab es nur in Städten frischen Fisch zu kaufen, Restaurants/Cafés auch absolute Mangelware ( in den Städten natürlich schon). Es ist eben mehr für Naturliebhaber!..wir haben es genossen!!

Segr schöner Ort zum Urlaub machen
Wer Wert auf Natur, beschauliches Leben, Wassersport und und eine tolle Lage legt, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und solide gebaut. Der Blcik über den kleinen Hafen Sanda und das Wasser ist unbezahlbar. Man kann sogar die Fähre von Polen nach Karlskrona einfahren sehen. Die im Haus vorhandenen Fahrräder kann man sehr gut für Ausfllüge in die Umgebung nutzen. Es lohnt sich, Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend und sehr nett.

traumhaftes Ferienhaus am Hafen
Haus, Grundstück und Lage auf der kleinen Schäreninsel dirket am kleinen Hafen des Ortes sind ideal für einen geruhsamen Urlaub am Wasser. Das Haus ist neu, sehr sauber und die Küche prima ausgestattet. Es gibt Fahrräder, die man benutzen darf. So kann man die Insel prima erkunden.
