“Perfectly located our group. We enjoyed several sites and the Red Sox. We had some issues with the house but the hosts responded to our communications quickly.”

“We stayed here for a family wedding at Warehouse XI. The house was just around the corner from the wedding, and easy to get to the T station and shops, etc. in Sommerville. Great spot.”

“This apartment is in the best area in Boston! You have restaurantes, supermarkets, shopping mall, bars, cafeterias and T metro station at walking distance. The unit has a portatil A/C and is a little noisy. The kitchen doesn't not count with gas stove but have microwave, toaster and couple of fridges. Excellent place to stay in Boston! ”

“This property was large, comfortable, and charming enough to house my husband, son, mother, mother-in-law, and myself while we were in town to attend our daughter's extensive graduation activities. The neighborhood was quiet. The house is very well stocked with kitchen items, linens, and laundry items. The property owner is attentive, responsive, and gives great advice. “When we arrived the VRBO was different than the one In the listing due to issues with the original, I wasn’t told this before checking in which would of been nice but overall not a big deal! Check in process was good, fast communication and good location. Very clean!”

“Overall a great price in a good place!!! We were on the go a lot so we didn’t need much. The seating in the living room could be more but not a big deal unless you’re planning on being there a lot. Bedroom windows could use some darker curtains to help with the morning sun. Again not an huge deal just an observation. Overall we had a great weekend and can’t complain.”

“Our family stayed here in early May 2024 while in Boston to attend our son's college graduation. There were six of us in total with plenty of bedroom space for all. The house was clean, comfortable, and suited our purposes while we were in town. There is a spacious basic kitchen. The house is a renovated older home. Note that the house is on the second and third floors (there seems to be a smaller apartment on the bottom floor). You have to navigate a staircase to get to the second floor house...

“The accuracy of this listing was correct. There are some steep stairs going to the 2nd floor. The main living space has enough room to seat 6 comfortably and there is also a large ottoman. The floors are hardwood, tile and laminate and can be a little slippery at times when wearing socks. The main room and large main level bedroom also have a rug in the center. The large bedroom which has 2 queen beds is a great space for a family. The beds were fairly comfortable and the bedding was good....
