“President's Weekend”

Newly renovated....Great Experience, plan on staying there again in the future.

“Better than average place to sleep”

While newly remodeled on the outside, the interior still shows much of this hotel's age. That said, it is a typical Holiday inn: everything is clean, you have all of the amenities you need, and virtually none of the perks you would like. The kids loved the pool area, sauna room was nice after a day of skiing. Fitness area was sub-par. The restaurant tries, but falls very short (if this were a restaurant review, it would only get one star). In general, you would use this place as somewhere to sleep while you're playing in Summit County. And for that purpose, it works great.

“Solid 3 stars, no problems”

I didn't experience anything like the negative reviews on TripAdvisor. Much of the furnishings of the hotel were recently updated, and our room was clean and comfortable. Parts of the building are a bit dated, like the elevator, but not bad at all. Better than paying Breck prices. Our only negative was that the hotel breakfast took quite a while, probably 40 minutes from sitting down to having food in front of us. Given that most guests are trying to fill up and get to the ski slopes, it would be a lot smarter to offer a buffet.

“Nice Frisco hotel.”

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The food and bar was good. I would stay again.

“Overnight ski trip.”

Our room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were not in any hurry to get us our room, however. The bathroom was clean, but repairs to the shower were made by someone who didn't care that the caulk used did not match the color of the tile or the existing caulk. Things like this take away from the quality and condition of the room. Overall, our stay was very comfortable.

“Good place for the price”

For the price, this is a great place to stay in Summit County. The service in the restaurant is marginal, but if you're not in a hurry the food is pretty good. Would stay here again.

“Mediocre at best”

Our room was not very clean and was extremely hot. They are dog-friendly which was nice, except you have to stay in a 1st floor dungeon when you bring your dog. The hotel was very under-prepared for President's Day weekend and the service could have been better.

“Decent place, good price”

The rooms are nice enough for an inexpensive hotel. The beds and pillows are real comfy and the towels are new and soft. The bathroom was a little small with nowhere to hang a wet towel and not much counter space. Too bad they cheaped out on the fixtures cause the granite is a nice touch in a hotel of this caliber. Great pool and jacuzzi area after a long day on the slopes and a decent restaurant. Big bar area. Fine place for a quick weekend ski trip.

“Holiday Inn Frisco”

No complimentary breakfast. No bottle opener in the room. HD TV but no HD channels.

“Older Building, but Nice Rooms”

Building seems a little run down, but the room was nice. Would have been better if there was a microwave and refrigerator in the room.
