Swieradow-Zdroj is located approximately 75 miles (121 kilometers) west of Wroclaw and about 260 miles (418 kilometers) southwest of Warsaw, the capital of Poland.
Swieradow-Zdroj isn't the only place in Silesia worth seeing; visitors with plenty of time should also drive a little further out to experience the charms of the nearby landscapes, cities and cultural attractions. Hala Szrenicka Ski Lift, House of Carl and Gerhard Hauptmann and Mineralogical Museum are just a handful of the other visitor attractions in Szklarska Poreba.
