It was our first stay at the Coast Hotel in Swift Current. The Hotel was very clean and the rooms were definitely updated and modern. The cost of the hotel was more reasonable than many others, but the quality of the stay was top notch.

Hotel was very clean and tidy. Byron restaurant did not allow children in very close to the casino.

I stayed at this property very clean on the inside. However there was only 1 small garbage can in the bathroom for the whole room. Upon my checkout, I was advised that there was some $28 charges on my credit card, I didn’t use any services and I had prepaid my room on Expedia. It took over 20 minutes for me to wait for them to resolve. However a few days later I saw a charge of an additional $30 on my bank statement. I am from Alaska was travelling through so it would cost me more in time and effort to try and figure out what happened. I already lost half an hour at checkout in -30 plus. Disappointed.

The 28 charge was posted in error and was corrected in a timely fashion. The additional charge of 30 was for a waste container and recycle bin that during your stay were removed from the room. We know that you have many options when deciding where to stay, and we appreciate you choosing Coast Hotels.

After 13 hours of driving we were excited to get a nice room and rest. At 1:30am the room beside was rented out. Apparently there is ZERO sound proof between these rooms.. we could hear their little dog barking the whole time they unloaded. Then we could hear their tv, their toilet flush... their whole conversations... it was very frustrating. We packed up and left at 2am!

As is common with most properties, Pet Friendly rooms (as per your request / reservation) are located in the same vicinity. If we had been aware of the noise issue, our Ambassadors would have, if possible, moved you or at the very least insured that the noise level was not excessive. We truly appreciate knowing about your experience. I am disappointed that our offering did not meet your expectations. We have and continue to receive positive feedback on our Per Friendly rooms, that provide convenient access to a substantial Green Space.

Unfortunately, this time of year and in this part of the country we have to deal with harmless Maple Bugs. Our hallways are vacuumed daily and once the season changes, which is happening now, the bugs will disappear. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

The gentleman working the front desk on the night of the 18th was super friendly. Upon checking in they forgot to take my credit card for the damage deposit so he called me apologetically and I said I would be out shortly. After waiting my turn in line he recognized me right away with my credit card in hand “You must be Emily!” I work in the hospitality industry myself and really appreciate the small things. The lady who prepared our breakfast was also notably friendly, asking us how our mornings been and if we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

We travel to this same Coastal property usually 2 times a year for the last 3 yrs. It is always been a good experience. The only complaint is they should update their WIFI so the folks are not fighting the whole time to get reception.

We requested a room suitable for a person using a walker and got a room with only stair access located at near the end of the furthest hall. At check inn the front desk man seemed unfriendly (unlike every staff person we met in the morning). Very good breakfast, thank you.

The hotel was good. Easy check in and out. The breakfast was good, also had a breakfast option to go which was convenient. We had an issue with our room at the start but was quickly rectified.

We enjoyed the room and the breakfast was delicious! I would make one suggestion-- please provide a variety of pillows. If you like big fat pillows, these are great, but we like thinner, softer pillows. First-world problem, right? We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay when travelling through. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well taken care of. There was an open grassy area at the back of the hotel that was perfect for walking my dog. The breakfast in the morning was good.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offerings were good. Excellent coffee. The bed was comfortable but a second night table would have been nice. Our room was an inside one, and very quiet.
