Superior room without a toilet seat or view.
We have stayed there 3 different times. The first time we were in room 211 and it was very clean and the person checking us in was very friendly and helpful. The next time we stayed in room 208 and it was very clean and comfortable as well. The 3rd time we stayed there the clerk checked us into room 209 and charged us more money, saying it was a superior room. The room was dirty and black mold on the walls, especially in the bathroom. The other rooms had been updated, but room 209 had not been updated and was in need of repairs. The floors were dirty and wood broken and the toilet seat was missing. We won't stay there again. The manager could not explain to our satisfaction why they were calling this a "superior room"

Did not get the family room. Given deluxe room 204 not happy, room too small, they added cot to make 2 bed. The superior room better room 209 which I chose. The staff are very nice, good service.

Food was excellent and at a fair price. Breakfast was included in our price and you had a choice from two items, as well as four egg choices, rice or toast, fruits, coffee/tea/juice/hot choco. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Air-Con worked very well. We had an issue with our toilet not flushing and were missing a portion of the bathroom window so the street noise was a little more noticeable. Good central location and a small clean pool. Good value for the money. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They have good local tour packages & very kind front desk staff .The last day I was leaving early in the morning they packed the breakfast for me since I was leaving early . The in-house restaurant was very good for quality & taste of food.

Great staffs a good place for a relax after flight
I booked this hotel for my mom and her friends. This place is very close to the TAG airport, and they provide free airport shuttle for their guests. Staffs are very nice, and it's close to a large shopping centre, a good place for a small stop.

Very nice hotel for the price. Included breakfast is fresh made and abundant. Friendly staff always willing to please. We loved it and have extended our stay. We stayed at a few different places in tagbilaran and found this to be the best at this price level. They are doing renovations to keep the unit up to date. Most hotels in this price range are outdated and in serious need of repair. It also has a pool where most hotels don't.

Walking distance from Terminal 3. It's not really a hotel but residential suites. Highly recommend to make sure which room and which building you will stay by E-mail before your check-in. And tell the owner what time you will arrive. If he is not around, you have to stay longer. There is a shopping mall and also local stores nearby. We found a good BBQ store and bakery.

Cheap and decent hotel, don't expect too much
The hotel is generally good just that the wifi is not good and when it comes to detail, the hotel did not perform well, e.g. no plug near the bed, no toothbrush, hairdryer and the shower is not segregated from the toilet.

terrible hotel with terrible staff
I went in to check into my room to check it, the bathroom is moldy and i complained to the staff, they moved me to next floor . take note the hotel has no elevator you need to take up the stairs and even if you have a luggage with you no staff offers you to take your luggage up to your room. After they took me to another floor it was the same the bathroom is moldy. Since i can't cancel it I just deal with it, I just slept there at night and take a shower to my other place. Next morning, I went to their restaurant to eat my breakfast. I noticed that there's a hair on my cucumber that was sliced so I called the on site staff. The staff just pick up my plate and pick up the hair strand in front of me and he handed me back my plate. I just look at the wait staff and scold him that, " are you serious doing that in front of me? " i can't even finished my coffee I just walk out...I can't deal with them. I complained it to the front desk the next day when i checked out. I told her that it was the worst experienced I ever had in my entire life staying at this place. The wait staff were not doing they're job well, they're busy watching tv while attending their guests.

Mediocre hotel in poor location
Staff seemed about half motivated which means half interested in assisting your needs. An older couple with disability but still booked us on 3rd floor and no elevator. Staff was not at front desk in the evening to return our room key they insisted we leave at the front desk upon departure that night. The guard was asleep on the couch in the foyer so we were basically stuck until we could find someone to get our room key. Would not recommend this hotel at any price.

Reasonably priced hotel, relatively close to city
Reasonably priced hotel, about a 10-15min walk from Tagbilaran city centre. Hotel is quite nice for the price. Free breakfast included, pool out back. However, there was no shower curtain or hot water. Aside from this, pretty good.

Affordable hotel near the airport
The service was very inconsistent. We booked a three day, two night stay, but it was listed that we reserved only a one night stay at the hotel's computer. We upgraded from a superior room to a family room when we arrived. The family room was a disaster upon arrival. There were empty water bottles on the night stand, pillows without pillowcases, toothpicks on the floor, and there was no toilet paper. We then went on a tour, but when we arrived back at the hotel, our room was still a mess and so we downgraded back to a superior room. The staff members are very courteous, but lack action on their part. We requested to have our luggage moved to our room. After three requests and three round trips up and down the stairs to the third floor, there was still no action, so we just brought our luggage up to our room ourselves. On the morning of our last day, our card key would not open the door after we had breakfast. The hotel's master card key would not even open our door. After 15 minutes of waiting, the hotel staff were finally able to open our door manually. Overall, it was a good hotel, but bring a lot of patience to deal with the service and energy to exercise your legs going up and down the stairs of the hotel.

3객실을 예약했는데 한군데는 잡지도못 거미가나와서 방 바꾸고 또한방은 화장실 물이안내려가서 바꿈 또한방운 문이 뻑뻑해서 사람을 몇번을 불렀는지..게다가 엘레베이터도 없어서 힘들었음..주변에 먹을것도없고 외진곳에 위치해있으며 최악의조건임
