The service was very inconsistent. We booked a three day, two night stay, but it was listed that we reserved only a one night stay at the hotel's computer. We upgraded from a superior room to a family room when we arrived. The family room was a disaster upon arrival. There were empty water bottles on the night stand, pillows without pillowcases, toothpicks on the floor, and there was no toilet paper. We then went on a tour, but when we arrived back at the hotel, our room was still a mess and so we downgraded back to a superior room. The staff members are very courteous, but lack action on their part. We requested to have our luggage moved to our room. After three requests and three round trips up and down the stairs to the third floor, there was still no action, so we just brought our luggage up to our room ourselves. On the morning of our last day, our card key would not open the door after we had breakfast. The hotel's master card key would not even open our door. After 15 minutes of waiting, the hotel staff were finally able to open our door manually. Overall, it was a good hotel, but bring a lot of patience to deal with the service and energy to exercise your legs going up and down the stairs of the hotel.
