Weekend from hell
First you could have saved us money, time and a lousy weekend if you would have refunded our money back in April when the host refunded our money. No you held our money and refunded us January 29. Letting us drive all the way to Tampa to find people living in house. Putting us up in hotel over the weekend just to come up with 3 more hotels we can pick from to spend a month in. We bought a 3 bedroom house and that’s what we wanted , not a hotel. During our 72 hrs in the hotel I found a house that will work for us ( 6 adults) but Jada your representative insisted on the hotel choice. I got back to Jim your representative I first talked to when we found the house occupied and he seemed to change Jada additude on getting us the house I found. Thanks to Jim , he seemed like the only one that cared about our situation. All this could have been avoided if you would have returned our money in April
