Please help to improve our guest relation service, we are in proses of renovation so that part I understand but if any of our staff make you feel uncomfortable please let me know. Our hotel will completely renovated by August 2024 with all the new furniture. Please help me.

The facility was pleasant, the staff we met were helpful and professional. What we didn’t care for was the fact that there was a lot of leftovers left in the refrigerator that we had to remove in order to use the refrigerator. Seems like a huge oversight in housekeeping.

The property appeared clean until I used a naplon to wope a water spill and it was filthy when i picked it up. The outside smoking area has broken and unsafe benches. The breakfast selections were sparse and the beds had a strong bleach smell making it hard to sleep. Also the security lock on the door was broken making us feel very unsafe

Friday when I checked into my room, I pulled back the sheets and there were stains on the sheets. I let front desk know and he was going to send house keeping there to change the sheets. After seeing that I couldn't stay there.

This hotel is in the process of remodeling. No sofa in our room as advertised. Room is halfway falling apart. Bathroom has sink and shower area all caulked up. Baseboards in the room are hanging off the wall. Could be a great place to stay but we were not informed of the condition of the room. Staff is friendly and hotel feels safe.

Very friendly staff, might not seem much to anyone else, but after we checked out we were waiting for friends. My grandson wanted to play on his iPad and needed the wifi password. The clerk greeted him and worked with him to make sure he got connected.

This is an hotel across the street from a trailer park. It was so dirty you had to be there to believe I can't even explain But I don't blame the hotel I blame Expedia. Because they don't care for their customers experience all they after is their commission they will send you to unsafe dirty hotels to make a few bucks and they keep giving all those hotels high ratings that are so far from reality it's scary

The room is next to a very busy truck stop, which means a lot of late night traffic. The front desk attendant stated that the property is transitioning to a Comfort Inn. As a result, no couches were in the room because the furniture had not yet been delivered. While the room looked clean, it felt 'damp', smelled like mold, and the bed was lumpy. We were so uncomfortable in that bed that we slept in out clothes from the night before. We probably would've slept with masks on if we'd had them on hand. It's highly unlikely that we stay at this property again.

Hotel was fine for what and when we needed it. Had to evacuate for Hurricane so we HAD to stay at matter what we found at check-in. Only one clerk at reservation desk - poor guy was swamped but very professional. Room photo on website was NOTHING like to room we were assigned, when we questioned this, we were told ALL the room had the couches removed so we had one (1) chair - a desk chair that was partially broken. The air-conditioner never stopped making noise even when it was in the recycle mode - very noisy all night long. Breakfast buffet was a real joke, one greasy sausage, bread to make toast and some prepackaged honey rolls - yuck! As for the condition of the room - old and not kept up very well. The room was assigned because we were traveling with our cat, so the floors were vinyl that I don't believe had been cleaned in several days. Everything in the room as very run down and well/overused desperately in need of replacement. Not a location I want to ever go back to and would NOT recommend going forward.

Good for a quick overnight stay.
Front desk was very quick and friendly. First room only had extremely hot water…so we switched to another room. Floors were not very clean. AC was cold beds not that comfortable but it was fairly inexpensive so it was just fine for one night.

Good location but . . .
Changing hotel brands and renovating so they had removed all the comfortable furniture from the room. They didn’t know when the new furniture would be arriving. Nowhere except the bed to watch TV from or read or just hang out. Very uncomfortable. Breakfast was so-so.

From the damaged bathtub to broken towels, the management of this hotel must understand that they must invest on renewals if they’re willing to keeping the current rate per night. The hotel facility in overall is suffering from bugs everywhere what tells us that not even pest control regular maintenance is being performed. I rather recommend you to stay in a Brandon hotel.
