I have stayed here a few times and this stay was extremely disappointing. We had 2 rooms. The first one wasn’t even cleaned. There was toothpaste in the sink, hair on the counters and it was obvious counters and desk etc..were not wiped down. The chaise was disgusting. In the other room one of the beds the sheets were dirty. When we talked to the person at the desk before 9p he brushed it off and could have cared less. We left and when we came back the young gentleman there was wonderful. He said there were no rooms to switch to and so I requested cleaning supplies so I could help my sister clean her room and clean sheets for my room. He was very helpful and kind and compassionate. We shouldn’t have to clean our rooms or change sheets though. We got in on a late flight and just wanted to be able to relax. I am embarrassed that I recommended this hotel to my sisters for us. The last times I stayed it was phenomenal. Clean and staff were very helpful and kind. It was a huge disappointment to see how little effort was put in to cleanliness and compassion to guests. The only saving grace was the gentleman on the overnight shift.

Hotel was clean, modern, with a nice lobby area to hang out at if desired. Room was spacious and well appointed with generous lighting, a bathroom with a modern shower and stocked with Dove products. Good desk space with ample USB ports and power outlets. Bed was comfortable and the climate control in the room was very good

New Year's Eve Gem
Much more than we expected. Very modern; very clean and very quiet. In a very convenient area for our NYE celebration. Shopping and dining close by. Check in was hassel free and the staff was super friendly. I give the hot breakfast an A+. We will definitely stay here again!

Recently spent 10 days at this hotel and would encourage all to do same. Service is A , cleanliness A , beds immaculate and comfortable, Shower to die for. Free fresh Daily breakfast buffet with delicious and nutritious foods to choose from. All staff very friendly and accommodating. All of the staff (especially Gladys and Maria}and all front desk staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Can't wait to go back. Convenient to all locations and restaurants
