The property is definitely dated and looks old but the rooms were very clean and the king size bed and pillows were awesome. The staff were amazing and so friendly, from Darren at check in, and we got there late late, to Trish, Lina and Sue at breakfast who were just fantastic! So very friendly and sweet. We loved them. We got an early flight and they give us the room before the check in hours. Pretty nice cause we had luggages. It was before noon. Room was pretty clean. The outside was neat, everything was freshly paint.

The shuttle took over one hour to pick me up. I called three times to find out the eta. Each time they said the driver was on his way. Whe. The shuttle did arrive, the driver said they just told him. Fristrating. Office personal were kind, hotel is dated.

I never got a chance to stay here. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed several times then canceled at around 11pm for to weather conditions. I wasn't able to drive there in time since it's a 9hr drive from Charlotte. This hotel wouldn't even grant me a partial refund as if it was my fault. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you don't have full control on transportation.
