“It's in a basement and there was a door to another part of the basement that was locked and we could see a light that was on all night on the other side. It was very quiet though, great if you just need somewhere to sleep.”

“This property is everything we hoped for! We were traveling with 5 families for an ice hockey tournament at a nearby rink and needed a place big enough to accommodate us (8 adults and 8 kids). There was plenty of space to cook, to eat and to hang out. It was spacious enough for the kids to have their own space. Everything was immaculate and felt so clean and new. The host was very attentive, responsive and accommodating. We will definitely return if we play near by again!”

“Having off street parking was great. Simple but clean interior with nice design touches. Older home so 2nd floor is dormered which might be problem if very large or tall. Overall felt like a home with a lot of care that went into it. Older neighborhood but street was quiet and we felt safe. Various shops and stores within a mile if you wanted to cook, eat out or forgot to bring something. Simple but clean and well appointed.”

“Our stay was fine. The house did what it was suppose to do, it allowed us to sleep, eat breakfast, and pack lunches to explore RI. The queen bed was only a double, the kitchen had enough plates & utensils for a family of 4, and there isn’t any comfortable seating. It was clean.”

“Our extended family group of 12 recently stayed here and everybody loved this house. We were a mixed group of older kids and parents. This house is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and it feels like a home not a rental. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided from bikes, kayaks and games to spacious bunk rooms and so many areas to relax and hang out. “This house is beautiful. Very well taken care of and immaculate. The location is perfect. Very quiet and well-maintained neighborhood. Quick drive into town which has a variety of excellent restaurants. Owners provided an amazing amount of information prior to our trip with activity and dining recommendations. House was very well-stocked with everything from kitchen items to beach towels to outdoor games. Already looking forward to booking again for next year!”

“Advertised as sleeps 8, there was only 3 queen beds not enough room for my family od 6 adults and 2 children. We used couch and love seat but there was no extra blanks or pillows. And only a set of 4 for dishes. Adding extra pillows blankets and dishes would make this place perfect! I travel a lot and would rent again. Clean, central location very safe and secure location. I'll would definitely stay again!!”

“This property was a perfect location for Federal Hill/Little Italy and an easy walk to the RI Convention Center (~20min) with good coffee on the way. It was super quiet, had all the basics, and was exactly what we needed. I wish I had noticed that it did not have wifi, but this didn't impact the quality of our stay.”
