We booked this hotel for 1 night out of emergency necessity. My wife myself, and my 3 year old needed to get a hotel for the night when I opened the Expedia app I saw the Xcoco Inn pop up, and had a same night rate of only $57.00 USD/ night Needless to say I was a little skeptical booking such an inexpensive room. From the time we booked, to our arrival was only 30min. When we arrived at Xcoco Inn the parking was SUPER EASY, and the staff was very very nice. Everything was super clean, and we really really enjoyed our stay. WILL DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN!

All was going well until there was an item missing from my luggage. The food and room-service was great, the room were mostly good although no storage/closet/drawers available.

The restaurant was small but the food was delicious. I got the junior room and it was so pretty. I hated the pillows but the hot tub was perfect.

Super nice people. Upgraded my handicapped father to a larger handicapped room. Very good little restaurant. Very clean. Great price. We would definitely return!

The attention to details., beautiful bathroom. Cotton sheets, not synthetics sheets, double pane windows for noise reduction. Best place to stay during our stay in Mexico.

I highly recommend Xcoco! And don’t do that often
Great fun decor. Room was super comfortable, clean and spacious and quiet enough, even though right off a busy road. The shower was one I wish I had at home! Only about 45 minutes from the airport, so perfect for us. I highly recommend Xcoco!

Poor service
The restaurant was out of almost everything for the whole visit. It's also very unclear what is included for breakfast. Also, even though most of the guests were attending the same event early in the morning, they simply would not adjust the start time for breakfast. They seemed to take pride in saying things like 'it's Sunday, we always run out of things on Sundays.' in fact the restaurant only had spaghetti with butter... Seriously? The pillows are way to big to sleep on. When we extended our stay by one day, they would not reactivate our room keys, so we had to have the maid open the room. We finally gave up on this Hotel about 5pm and left.

Great room, no amenities, poor breakfast service
Room is big and clean. Jetted tub is awesome. Friendly welcome at check in. Very few amenities at the hotel. Breakfast has always been disappointing and the service is poor too. Breakfast is scheduled for 7:15am but on 3 occasions now we waited 20-25 minutes and the eggs were some of the worst scrambled eggs I’ve eaten.

Not your typical place to relax.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. I cannot recommend the rooms with Jacuzi tubs due to the internal lines not being flushed and cleaned properly or at all. Several stays at this hotel and same room have resulted in the same outcome of black film buildup blowing out of the jets and a sewer smell emitting from the water once the jets were turned on. The standard rooms are very nice and well worth the stay at this hotel and the hotel restaurant has really good food. There is also ample parking on the premise and it is secure.

Stayed for a convention, would stay again.
We had to come to Texcoco for a convention. Overall this place looked like the cleanest online which is why we chose it. I'm glad we did. The hotel is very clean and the staff was lovely. Rooms were a good size and good price. It is not 5 star hotel so don't expect anything amazing but if clean and modern is what you are after, I would definitely recommend it. I would also recommend bringing your own pillow if you can as ours were hard as rocks. However the pillows in our childrens room were not as bad. If your booking states breakfast included, that is only for toast and a tiny bit of cereal and yoghurt. The buffet is pancakes, scrambled eggs with bacon bits, a bean dish and I think the other was a fish dish. We didn't realise the buffet wasn't included and they quickly chased after us to pay, but it was only 30 peso a person so cant complain about that. The breakfast was a little slow each day, it didn't come out till about 8ish but this may of been because the whole hotel was full of people for the convention. Overall we enjoyed out stay there and will come again next year. Thanks

From the moment we arrived everyone was extra helpful and accommodating in every way. Xcoco is just a short taxi ride away from the mall, Walmart and great restaurants. We'll definitely be staying here again!

New, modern, clean accommodations
We were very pleased with our experience. Check in was very easy, ample parking, the room was good sized with a king bed. We loved the open concept bathroom and the shower was great. Raindrop shower head. It has a very modern contemporary decor. The morning staff was great handling a lot of people for breakfast. $30 pesos more for the full breakfast buffet was well worth it. It was a great 4 night stay. The only thing I didn't like was the massive pillows. My neck couldn't handle them.

What can I say for a brand new hotel, everything was great. Shower and water pressure has excellent. Mattresses really comfy. Plenty of parking and easy access from the highway.

El hotel y el sefvicio super bien, Excelente. Mi problema fue con Hotels.com que me cobreron por la habitación$1,500.00 y en el hotel tenía un costo de $990.00. Ya no vuelvo a comprar por medio de esa plataforma. Además ya leí muy malas referencias de Hotels.com.
