"Staff on reception desk to greet us were so lovely. So friendly and helpful as was the bar man. Hotel is lovely- and clean. Its in a good spot for airport and if you hire a car it's perfect as a base. It is quiet around Theologos and you would have to drive or get a bus to busier areas."

"Wonderful hosts, the owners greeted us with a delicious home-made mousaka on arrival - a lovely touch which meant we didn’t need to worry about cooking after a day of travelling. The property is clean, spacious and comfortable. It’s in a quiet location despite being only 15 minutes from the airport. The village of Pastida, 20 min walk from the villa, has all the essentials as well as a few traditional Greek tavernas (we enjoyed a meal at Skalakia Taverna) and a confectionary shop selling a wide selection of ice cream and baklava. Recommend hiring a car if you stay here and want to go see the sights, but it is ideally situated for venturing both north to Rhodes old town and south to Lindos and Prasonisi beach. The Bee Museum is a 5 min drive away with a very well priced gift shop for honey-based souvenirs. The village of Stegna with its beachside seafood restaurants is a great option for a quiet midweek evening meal and is on the way back from Lindos. There is so much to do and see on Rhodes but we also loved cooling off in the tranquil garden/pool of Villa De Calme during the hottest parts of the day and making use of the barbecue and outdoor dining in the evenings. We had a wonderful time and are already thinking about returning to this property again to see the bits of Rhodes that we didn’t manage to visit this time."

"Our stay at Alex Beach Hotel was fantastic. The hotel offers good facilities, nice swimming pools, and good free entertainment on some nights (DJ, greek dancing and latin shows were great fun and interactive). Our double room with a kids' bed was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Beachside location and free beach towels were added perks. The food variety was good - far more than I expected and plentiful. Good pasta and pizza options for the children. My 4-year-old also daughter loved the ice cream choices at dinner and around the pool. Though sunbeds were limited, securing one before breakfast was easy. The hotel's location, less then a 10 minute taxi from the airport, was super convenient. The noise from planes never bothered us. I've been to all-inclusive resorts in the past and paid significantly more for lower quality. We didn't use the kids club, but my daughter loved the kids' disco, even though it was primarily in German – it's mostly dancing, so language didn't matter. What truly stands out about this hotel is the exceptional staff. From the bar staff by the pool to the restaurant and lunchtime servers, as well as the reception desk and cleaners, everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Mattina in the restaurant and Panagoitis Panos, who took great care of us every day. The staff were always on hand, diligently cleaning and refreshing communal areas constantly. Also recommend renting a car from the reception desk to explore the island."

"Resort is definitely not 5 stars, but 3. Rooms are clean and kept very clean. Infinity pool is great. Location is very close to the airport so noisy. Food is disappointing. You must have a car to stay there. Theologos village is very close and lovely. "

"I don't even know where to begin at this property.Bed covers full of hairs,mold in corners,young staff rude as if they where waiting for an argument. Breakfast was like leaving on camp grounds.Never have i been so disgusted at a proprty as this one."

"We liked that the property was spacious and brightly coloured. We liked that the property has its own beach and entertainment everyday. Our room was lovely and spacious too. The resort had nice shops (clothing and snacks/basic hygiene products) which was good. "

"The villa and location are perfect for a relaxing holiday for family and friends - the villa was fantastic for our group of 10 inc kids and teens - right by the sea with the beach at the end of the garden, an enormous pool and a shady tree to sit under and listen to the waves! The villa is located on the quieter side of Rhodes which was perfect for us - but shops and tavernas in the local villages and not too far to drive to anywhere on the island - car essential though! A special mention to Teta the property manager who couldn’t have been more helpful - a few things needed sorting and she was always there to help. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
