Nonteto and Maphuthi are simply the best!! They calmed my anxieties during the booking process as the demand was very high during our stay. They also make our checking-in seamless.

Contact with the property prior to our arrival was easy and quick. And from the moment we arrived to warm towels and wonderful welcome drinks on the patio, everything was lovely, every detail considered, and every staff member was amazing. The food was some of the best I've ever had. Rebecca, the chef, created the dishes that were magical. TRY the soup - every meal! We felt welcomed everywhere we went. There were snacks and drinks before game drives - excellent. There were chocolates on our pillows at night - excellent. Our game drives were led by Answer who was knowledgeable about animals, plants, and traditions. I could listen to him teach me about southern Africa all day. People say that you should buy experiences, not things. I'm telling you, this was the best money I've ever spent. Thank you.

Really nice place to stay. Awesome safari tours included. I really liked the Braii evening in the bush with the traditional dancers.

This is a Fantastic place. We felt pampered and spokiled since the first moment we arrived. The People, The Place - The Vibe! Even if it was advertise and we paid for Full Board - it was in fact an Ultra All Inclusive with all the fine drinks and sweets and treats all around the day plus 2 amazing Game Drives included in the proce each day. The place is absolutely amazing with a lot of attention for details. Beautiful rooms- lovely outside wood fire jacuzzi. We seen Elefants (lots of them) and Kudu from 3 m away from our lunch or breakfast table. Was quite amazing experience! The Team: Ite, Lerato, Marcus, Phillip, Kele, Thabo, Kopane and The lovely gifeted Chef: NEO who did magic Gourmet lunch and Dinner. Tabia the Manager was sweet too and very helpful. We loved the place and the Team and we felt like inside a big family there. Both Phillip and Marcus were amazing as Our Ranger guides in the Safari! Thank You Guys! My time at the palace was excellent very Friendly stàff nothing was too much trouble food was great it ŵàs wonderful
