Everybody is so polite. The rooms are clean, the pool is clean and doesn't reek of chlorine, and the breakfast was great. Their gym facility, if you can call it that, needs some improvement. A set of weights, a treadmill, an elliptical and a bike all packed in a12x12 room. Nah, I'll skip and just go for a walk outdoors. Plenty of parks around and the air here is so clean. We'd return for sure though, just skip the workout.

I love the location and the rooms very clean. However there was a ton of mold in the shower head and drain, the shower door leaked. For the most part it was clean but there were a lot of kids swimming and running around and the lobby floors were soaked and never mopped up or a caution sign. At one point during the night someone was banging on the door trying to get in and police were called

The best quality of this property is the exceptionally polite and very professional staff, on the other hand, my room was an absolute disaster, huge dirt stain on the shower floor, which I went to the local Walmart for bleach spray my next day there in order to shower, my window had a "loosely" termed inside blind tattered and ducktaped, had to roll it up over the windoww because it was unable to retract and the white blind inside was not only faulty, but had a big brown stain I got to look at all weekend, bed and pillows were good though.

Not many options in Tiffin OH I guess. This is a budget hotel at best, shower did not work properly and was not clean. Very loud air conditioner!

Arrived to check in only to find you could not enter the hotel from the front entrance. After trying for 10 minutes to figure out where to go, the front desk clerk finally stuck her head out and told me I had to go all the way to the back of hotel, walk from there to the front desk, check in, then park in front of hotel, walk back to get a cart, then walk back to the back of the hotel to go to your room. I have mobility issues and cannot do all that walking. I ended up going to another hotel. What a waste of time and money. Add to the fact that there is only one ice machine for whole hotel and no way the bed I slept in the previous week during my stay was for a handicapped person, it will be a long time until I stay at this hotel again.

Thank you for your review, and I would like to point out the hotel entrance was clearly marked and with a sign for directions to the side of building. As a hotel or any property there are repairs that need to be made for the safety and security of our guests. Any of our staff would have been more than happy to assist you with getting ice or anything else needed if you had asked.

This property needs updates ASAP and they should replace all the towels and sheets as they are yellowish looking dirty. The window curtains were not even working so I could not have natural light in the room. It is an ugly and old hotel and will definitely never stay there again.

Typical Quality Stay at a Holiday Inn and the Staff was OUTSTANDING, especially Janine and Brandy. We absentmindedly left our Wedding Tuxes at the Room and they were waiting for us... Then Later that Night, we discovered another (Grandson's special item) was left as well...and they had it securely in a bag waiting for our return. HUGE Thank you. Stay Safe, Tom

I liked that I got a lot of room (spacious, kitchen amenities, etc.) for the price, but the hotel was very loud in the early AM. Not sure if this is poor door/wall insulation or just a reflection of the current clientele and housekeeping was definitely throwing the bolts and letting doors slam in the early AM.
