Villa VilleKulla on the Oceanfront

Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!'

Spend a summer weekend or a mid-week winter getaway at this wonderful Oceanside vacation home! You and up to seven other guests will have plenty of widows boasting ocean views so you can watch the waves roll in, whether it's a dramatic storm or a clear, sunny day. There's even an ocean-facing deck to enjoy a lazy afternoon while you sip a glass of wine.

The small town of Oceanside is a quiet spot on the Oregon Coast to relax and unwind. When you're hungry (and don't feel like preparing a meal in your own kitchen), head the couple of blacks to Roseanna's Cafe or Brewin' in the Wind. From the steps of your Oceanside getaway, you'll be just a minute or two's walk right down to the shore. Other nearby attractions include cheese tasting at the Tillamook Cheese Factory or a day of hiking around Cape Meares State Park.

This oceanfront villa has a unique loft on the third floor - a minimally-decorated, open area that you can use how you like. Bring an air mattress and turn it into a fun place for the kids, or just use it as a reading nook before bed. There are large observatory-style windows for a stunning view of the water.

The first two floors of this Oceanside vacation home are just as comfortable. From the entry level, you'll have a spacious living area, complete with a cozy wood-burning fireplace, TV, and a Blu-ray player. Be sure to bring your favorite DVDs from home! There is also provided wireless Internet so you can stay in touch with friends and family.

Make a home-cooked dinner in the full kitchen and when everyone is done, clean-up will be super easy because you'll even have a dishwasher. You can retire to the deck for after-dinner drinks or settle around the TV for some movies. And when it's time to turn in, all three bedrooms are on the second floor. You'll have a queen bed each in two of the rooms (one is a master - also with its own fireplace and deck), and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds, as well as a wonderful ocean view.

And don't forget the third floor loft - a great family hang out space or a quiet nook for sketching, reading, or even napping. This Oceanside vacation home is also dog-friendly for one dog with a small nightly fee.

Perfect for a family getaway or two couples traveling together, this Oceanside, Oregon villa offers a location right in the middle of this small, charming town. Park your car in the garage and walk everywhere - the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and more.

Plan a stay at this Oregon Coast retreat for a truly special getaway anytime of year! Whether you grill steaks out on the deck for an Independence Day barbecue or you watch a storm over the Pacific Ocean from the warmth of the living room, this Oceanside vacation home is a great choice.

Disgusting Inside, Amazing Location and Views
I will reiterate a lot of the other reviews because it is clear the owners don't address or fix any of the issues communicated with them. I got a text when I first arrived asking if I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the home which I responded that I was not at all satisfied and the response to that was "Great, Hope you enjoy your stay" The carpets upstairs are covered in pee stains from animals and we had to get carpet cleaner and clean the whole upstairs just to feel somewhat comfortable spending time up there. Despite multiple reviews noting damaged items the DVD player, dryer, and shower door are all still broken. The shower door will fall off and I am surprised that no one has been hurt by it yet. On the positive side, the location is amazing and the views are great. It does seem like they have added some kitchen supplies so we were able to prepare meals just fine. I would search long and hard for an alternative before booking this home.

Very peaceful. Carpets could use a deep clean. The fireplaces were wonderful, don’t forget to bring wood. Beautiful views. Lots of space. Love the beaches too.

Great location and space that could use a little love
We love this property and Oceanside! It's a spacious home with a wonderful open plan kitchen/living/dining and very cool loft space my kids love. We've been to this property a couple of times and this time found a few things that did not work. Specifically, the dishwasher had standing water in it when we arrived, so we chose to hand wash dishes as we feared it may overflow. The DVD player did not work. Finally, new deck boards were down on both decks, but they were not attached. This didn't really bug us but could be a safety issue for some (thinking about little kids). We truly love this property and will likely be back, it would be great if the dishwasher and DVD player were working then (oh, and the bed in the en suite is very, very noisy - my husband wedged some Uno cards we found between the frames that helped but said a couple screws were missing.)

Keep expectations low
I have stayed here several times. If you are okay with the occasional broken item or well-worn atmosphere, you’ll be very happy. It’s so close to the beach and the view is wonderful. If you require 4-5 star hotel amenities then you’ll be disappointed. Perfect for low maintenance people.

Great location disappointing house and price.
Holes in the screens, dirty rugs on the second floor, wifi sucked. For the price we paid, I would have expected the house to be better furnished, no furniture on the deck, the bed we stayed on was like a trampoline, my wife stayed in the spare room. I won't rent this again...

Inaccurate home information and communication
We were initially stunned to see the location of the property and it’s lack of parking space! There is NO way 5 cars could park there! Not even Smart Cars! Not getting our house address and information until the last minute was a disaster because there is very little Internet service in the area to communicate the information to the rest of our family meeting us there! The lock box was broken and needed to be repaired. Upon arrival, we were shocked at the state of the carpet! They requested you take your shoes off upon entry, but that wasn’t an option looking like it did. In signing on to Wi-Fi, I was quite creeped out that a camera showed up on the Wi-Fi options list! WHY WAS THERE A CAMERA THERE AND WHERE WAS IT? We found no Ring camera, so that wasn’t it. Just an unnerving thought. The shower downstairs didn’t work. We had two dogs…….Where was the enclosed yard listed in the ad? Do the folks around there ever work? The restaurants were ALWAYS closed! Bring your own food, if you can! As a foodie, that was a nightmare! The scenery was beautiful and the many windows in the home provided light. The kids loved the loft. We would not return to this home or area.

Super Basic House, Excellent location & View
This house is not about the “coolness” of the interior. It’s basic. The beds are old. The kitchen is stocked with the bare minimum, there is no game closet. The tv is tiny. For a summer rental, where we spent most of our outside, it was great. Dog friendly, a decent deck with a great view, and only a few houses away from beach access. This made it great for coming home for the restroom and to have lunch or get the kids changed out of sandy clothes. It’s everything thing you need, but no extras.

Great Location and Dirty Carpets
Great location for going to beach and seeing fireworks. Needs new carpets as there were dirty and stained. No chairs on the deck even though we asked ahead of time to have some. They delivered them a day after we checked in after I asked again. There is limited furniture in the family area with only 2 tv trays and no coffee table. The windows shades were broken in the living area. The telescope was also broken in the living area. Only 5 cups in the cupboard for 7 guests and one was cracked. Definitely needs some work done for the amount we paid for the place.

Not a good experience
To start off the code provided to get into the house was wrong. Upon entry we were met with a sour pet urine smell. Carpets were covered in spots and heavily worn. Window coverings were bent and one blind was laying in window in living room. Wiring issue with wall lights in dining room and living room which turned lights on and off on their own. Lights in living room were missing bulbs. The pots and pans in kitchen were dirty and put away. Blender had food particles in it. Toilet upstairs was extremely loud and flooring in bathroom was cracking. The grill outside on deck barely worked. Walls and ceilings were dirty. Beds seemed clean. Not a good experience for the cost charged for this property. Was there to celebrate 50th birthday and am thankful my family did not let the accommodations bring them down.

Great view. Easy walk to the beach
With three 70+ folks in our group, the three story climb to the living area was a bit difficult, but once there OH WHAT A VIEW! I would have given Villa VilleKulla 5 stars except for the following: 1) the carpet was greatly pet stained especially in the master bedroom and there was no carpet pet stain remover to be found. (We didn't need it, but obviously somebody did.); 2)a dirth of hangers in the closets; 3)No serving bowls, platters or steak knives (but kuddos for some very sharp chef knives.); 4) no tissues in any of the bathrooms.; 5) No books, magazines, puzzles or games (not a necessity, but nice to have.); 6) the beds were really hard - not just firm, but hard. All that said, I would stay there again and it does deserve 4 stars.

This house is in a wonderful location with beautiful views. However it's poorly equipped for an enjoyable stay. The microwave oven doesn't work. The range hood doesn't work. The house is supposed to have up to 8 guests yet has only 5 coffee mugs. Other than beds there is no furniture in the bedrooms, so no place to store clothes,. And so on.

Property has an amazing view and easy access to the beach which is the reason I chose it. Kitchen needs to be restocked with some basics like coffee mugs and wine glasses, sharp knives and cutting boards. Needs chairs for the deck - there was only one. Would stay here again for the location.

Great views
This house is in a great location, just steps to the beach. Great views from the living room, loft, kitchen and deck. House is a little dated and the carpet could use a refresh with a few stains but overall the house was perfect for a weekend getaway. Please add a lighter so that fires can be lite in the fireplace!

Great View and Beach Access
The property is well situated for walking on a wonderful beach. The view from the upper floor: kitchen & living/dining area is great. It would be nice to have a few more lamps in the living and dining areas. There are two decks that in good weather would be great to use, provided deck tables & chairs are provided. These were absent, possibly because of the weather. (We were there in Nov.; rain). The house lacks some amenities, such as lighting, furniture and closets in the bedrooms. There are plenty of bathrooms, and space for sleeping bags in the upper loft if you have a large group. It is nice that pets are allowed. The kitchen has enough equipment to cook with, and there is a nice long counter for computer work. Overall cleanliness was fine, such as towels, sheets, and cupboards, but there is room for improvement as the carpets are stained, the blinds old and in need of replacement, etc. There is a fireplace in the master bedroom and the living area; you will need to bring your own wood, an easy purchase in the nearby town. The garage is short, and will fit a smaller than average sedan. There is room to part another car in the driveway, and a space on the road for one more. Overall this is a good house for a family with children, with laundry and plenty of bathrooms. Bring anything you think you'll need with you such as boogie boards, etc. There is no cell phone signal, probably due to the ridge behind the house, but the wifi works fine. We enjoyed the variety of beaches within short driving distances, wonderul sky and surf.

Great dog friendly beach house
Location is everything and this house is right next to the public access to the magical oceanside Beach. The locks didn't work, but vacasa got someone over within 10 minutes to assess the issue, he got us in and changed the locks the next day. Great customer service for that snafu! Once we got inside the house it was very bright and had great views 👌 The shower right inside the door kept the sand downstairs, that was awesome. There were enough extra blankets to add to the thin bedspreads that we were all warm enough. The kitchen was beautiful and stocked juuuust enough. Byo foil, baggies etc. We just loved the deck off the kitchen and the afternoon sunshine. Perhaps time to replace the carpets, but otherwise a great house!

Fabulous open concept area with amazing patio!
If I could still be sitting on the upper patio of this property, I would. It was so beautiful with a great view of the ocean and the small town. It was nice that the bedrooms were all on one floor and the socializing area was on a separate floor. The kitchen was large and adequate for our cooking every day. We had some trouble making the TV work after the first day, but I'd rather stare at the ocean. The loft was large and a great kids' hangout area and yoga studio for the adults. Can't wait to come back!
