Soak up stunning ocean views and calm coastal vibes at this wonderful Oceanside retreat that is more than ready to accommodate the whole family with ease! Boasting four bedrooms, two spacious floors, and ample room to spread out and relax after full days at the beach, you will have no trouble feeling right at home in no time.

The entire home has been updated with new décor, furnishings, and appliances. Every pieces was procured to create the perfect blend of style and comfort while enjoying the epic sights and sounds of this fantastic Oregon Coast retreat.

The culinary-inclined guests will look forward to whipping up everything from a hearty breakfast to a gourmet dinner in the full kitchen, as the views are absolutely breathtaking and all of the major appliances are more than ready to assist in any recipe. When you want to settle down with a glass of wine, head out to the balcony and breathe in the salty air as the sun dips below the horizon.

When it is time to hit the hay, one bedroom is located on the main floor and three bedrooms and another living area are located upstairs. The built-in full over full bunk beds make the home a wonderful option when travelling with kiddos or young adults.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

PET FRIENDLY: *There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. *

Excellent location, wonderful views
Spotless, ocean view house perfect for our family. We always enjoy our stay at this house. Bedrooms and floor plan work great for our family and allow us to spread out. Children love the bunkbeds. Well stocked kitchen and excellent location.

We had a great stay in Oceanside. The views from the main living space main bedroom, and kitchen or spectacular. The living room is a bit tight and the furniture is not great for someone older than 75 but overall it was a wonderful experience!

Great views!
Spacious place with great views! Clean. Comfortable beds. Quick drive to Short Beach for rockhounding or to Netarts for snacks. Only complaints are 1. that we couldn’t get the hot tub over 99 degrees and it was too cold outside to enjoy it at that lower temperature and 2. it was windy and the valve to the kitchen hood vent flapped very loudly all night long making it hard to sleep in the downstairs bedroom. It was so quiet and peaceful otherwise, but we recommend taking earplugs!

Amazing view no matter the weather!
We loved our stay at this home. Amazing view, especially from the living room, deck, and master bedroom. You can watch a storm roll in from the comfort of the home or gaze at beautiful blue skies and beach. We enjoyed the hot tub too. The basketball didn’t quite operate fully but other than that, darn near perfect. We’ll be back!

Coming back to my hometown
It was nice to stay the weekend in Oceanside where I grew up back in the early 1990s. The cabin provided me with an entirely different sweeping view of the coast than what I daily saw growing up. It was a wonderful stay and we got to experience all the dynamism of what the weather will throw at you, esp. in November. From torrential downpours and howling winds to bright bursts of sunshine the views from this cabin were amazing! We really enjoyed our stay and we look forward to another stay.

Amazing views everywhere! You could stay in the master bedroom and gaze out into the ocean all day long. Plenty of hot water for a soak after a day walking the beach. I love the beaches at this location as well (always find agates).

This is a perfect place for your next family beach vacation. It has all the amenities you need. The host was very responsive to the challenges of the broken hot tub and washer. It was overall an amazing place and we can't wait to return. It is a short walk to the beach and the views are unforgettable. Thanks for a great beach vacation.

Amazing views!
The photos of the view sold us on this property and they even exceeded our expectations. The location was close to the beach and very convenient! We enjoyed a late morning visit to Cape Meares and an afternoon at Tillamook. We love Oceanside and it’s quaint/quiet location. Disappointingly the basketball hoop wasn’t working while we were there. With 4 kids in our family we were looking forward to playing, but the property management company said they’d look into right away. Definitely bring your own sand toys! The hot tub was a nice touch and a privacy screen had been added so it was better than previous reviews stated. A clean, quiet, and comfortable spot, just what we were looking for. I did deduct a star on location as another tenant or property owner was smoking weed. I get it, it’s Oregon and legal, but please don’t allow smoking in the community parking area. It goes right into the other units.

Absolutely Amazing!!!
The title says it all!!! Everything from the view to the decor was amazing. Even the mattresses were comfortable beyond words. The location was perfect; close enough to the beach yet far enough away that you didn’t need to worry about strangers walking past your window. My kids loved their bedding arrangements as well as my wife and I. The hardest part? Deciding what bedroom to sleep in and which comfortable sofa to watch tv on… not that you’ll watch much with the incredible view outside. 5⭐️communication and A+ stay!!!

Overall we had a great stay, view is to die for. House is spotless. Very good communication with property manager. Hot tub was a little strange as A. It was Infront of another tenants window, and that it was quite cold. Also the home ran out of hot water after just one shower. Wi-Fi worked very well!!

Clean, modern beach home
This is our second time staying in this home and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. It is very clean and the layout works well for our family of five. The views are amazing. We enjoy cooking in the kitchen and eating at the large table watching the ocean waves. Our kids enjoy the bunk room. Beds are comfy and the over decor is perfect modern, beach house.

Beautiful property with amazing views, kids loved the bunk beds!! The hot tub felt great, however a bit awkward as it is in front of another unit. The walk to the beach is short but with a steep incline back echo hill was fine but challenging for the kiddos. We had a great stay!

We loved staying at this property. The house was very clean— spotless!! Decor and furnishing felt like a beachy spa. Kids bunk beds were fun. The views were spectacular! Seriously so many windows that spanned the coastline. Waking up in the king sized bed to the view was perfect. Location was also great. Short walk to the beach and not nearly as steep as we had thought. The neighborhood is quaint and peaceful. There’s a reason why we keep coming back to this town for weekend getaways. This house is one of our top choices for Oceanside. Couple suggestions - bring your own wine glasses and toys/games for kids. The house is adequately stocked for essentials but these items would have been nice to have. Communication with the property managers was easy and fast. We can’t wait to book this house again soon.

The view of the coastline when you first walk into the home was jaw dropping. The beds are comfy, and the living space was great. The walk to the beach was short and if you walk to the end of the street, you can view the beautiful sunset. We used the hot tub each night and watch the moonlight dance on the ocean.

This was an incredible view!
This home is beautifully located on a hill with a wall of windows and incredible view! There was plenty of space for a family. The kitchen was very well equipped. We did not take advantage of the hot tub because there is a privacy issue with accessing it. We had some minor fixes that needed attention and the manager was very prompt to correct them. Overall I would recommend a stay here.
