We made a confirmed booking through Expedia but were turned away upon arrival. They said they double booked and had no rooms. We had no where to stay for the night and had to go looking for something else last minute at 6pm. They said we would get a refund but we have not received an email confirmation regarding this yet. Really disappointing.

I enjoyed a terrific view of the ocean and bay. This was by far the best about my stay. The place is older construction, but the view makes up for it. Cleanliness could use some improvement. The kitchen garbage had not been removed prior to my arrival. The floor was sandy. The stairs to the loft need a good scrubbing. The kitchen had one ceramic coffee cup. There were plenty of decaffeinated coffee pouches, but not a single tea bag, too bad when you are a tea drinker like me. All else was fine and enjoyable

It is in a nice location, with a great beachfront view in the morning. The room itself was dirty, electrical outlets did not work, and the coffee maker was used and had mold in it from not being cleaned. Sleeper sofa was broken, TV didnt turn on.

It is a cute property, but not for people who are looking for a quiet stay. The walls are so thin that you can hear all the conversations from surrounding rooms. I could not sleep until 1 a.m. because someone was playing music and guitar until past midnight. I felt very insecure without having the latch lock on the door, just a twist lock on the nob only. I placed bags against the door to go to sleep.

Views are amazing! Beach access from the property which was awesome. The room, however, was still quite dirty upon arrival (I.e. sand in the shower), we were not left sheets for the pull out bed, only one coffee mug in the kitchen, screen missing in the window, and the oven didn’t work. Otherwise a nice area.
