Booked a room for three the quality of the matterest was no comfortable. We told the front desk but they did nothing to help. Wanted to book a different hotel but everything was all booked up so we couldn't change.

About 6 mins from the train station (although you'll need to find your way there with Google maps) but generally well connected to the major areas in Tokyo. There are also plenty of convenience shops around, food options and even a free large playground for kids. There are vending machines outside the rooms and we loved the free airport shuttle bus from the hotel. Would definitely book again :)

Check in was easy, staff very friendly. Pretty close to Lawson, 711 and transit. Only downside was there wasn’t much to do in Omori, however it was the perfect first stop after arriving late from the airport

The hotel was accessible from Haneda airport via Taxis, Uber, Train and Bus Hotel shuttle. It was quiet and safe. It was close to a big shopping mall/center that has GU/ food court and all that we need during our stay. It was a 10 minutes or so walk to the Omori station. It felt like we were one of the locals due to residential areas. There was a lawson across, 711 nearby walk and restaurants and cafe. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

For the price, it is a decent hotel, no free coffee in the room, no microwave , have to go to outside to buy a coffee and only certain floors with microwaves. About 10 mins walk from the closest train station.

Overall, I liked this hotel. If I mention one thing was, there was no sound proof. It was quite noisy the group which stayed the room next to us. we had to wake up 4am to catch the airplane but we found it difficult to get to sleep until the group became quiet.

Hotel is convenient, near subway stations and convenience stores. It’s quiet and safe outside. The hotel was nice and neat. Front desk was nice and the shuttle bus was a good experience. The housekeeping could have been slightly better as they didn’t clean up the slippers that were piling up at the door. They didn’t clean up the large bottles we had in the room till the end of our stay.

Very close to Omori station. It is a very quiet neighborhood and there are many convenient stores and restaurants nearby and the rooms are very spacious. The free shuttle is very convenient which offer 5:50am, 7:20am,8:50am,10:20am and 11:50am and takes about 20 minutes to Haneda Airport. Shuttle is first come first serve and has a 25 pax capacity and the Shuttle driver will try to accomodate everybody with the luggage.

Good hotel, but need improvements
Location and service, and freindliness of the staff were awsome; hence, my rating of 4 stars. There were two major issues: the cleanliness of the room and the restaurant. Cleanliness: the towels were dirty, and the right amount wasn't provided; depending on the room service personnel. There were a lot of dust inside the room, here and there. Restaurant: the food was ok, but considering the price, could and should have been much better. Also, there was a kid handgrabbing the salad; I notified the staff, but she did not do anything other than saying "sorry." The parents should be monitoring more, and the restaurant/hotel should have identified (by asking me) the kid, notified the parents, and changed the salad. This is very bad, especially considering the day and age we're living right now in dealing with COVID, and the flu season.

Everything was great here. Close to two train stations. Lawsons and 7eleven a few doors down. Great staff. The only thing missing is a microwave. Can't heat/reheat food.
