Location and service, and freindliness of the staff were awsome; hence, my rating of 4 stars.
There were two major issues: the cleanliness of the room and the restaurant.
Cleanliness: the towels were dirty, and the right amount wasn't provided; depending on the room service personnel. There were a lot of dust inside the room, here and there.
Restaurant: the food was ok, but considering the price, could and should have been much better. Also, there was a kid handgrabbing the salad; I notified the staff, but she did not do anything other than saying "sorry." The parents should be monitoring more, and the restaurant/hotel should have identified (by asking me) the kid, notified the parents, and changed the salad. This is very bad, especially considering the day and age we're living right now in dealing with COVID, and the flu season.
