Nice hotel close to Haneda Airport

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: Massage chair. Amenitities in room.
Cons: More non-smoking rooms made available.
Location: Nice area with shops and restaurants near by. Not too touristy so it is not likely that many people will speak English.
I originally planned to fly into Haneda to make a domestic flight, but after some cancelled international flights I was routed to Narita. Due to the last minute nature of the trip I realized I would miss my domestic flight and quickly went on Expedia to book this room. All they had left for two people was smoking. Everything else closer to the airport was booked or significantly more expensive. When I arrived I took the limousine bus to Haneda (approximately $30.00 per person) and then a taxi to Hotel Arts Omori (again $30.00). The hotel was nice and the front desk staff found our reservation immediately. There is a Lawson convenience store across the street as well as a Ramen house making it very convenient. I did not have time to explore the area more, but there were shopping and other restaurant opportunities nearby. In the morning I took the shuttle to the airport and was on my way. The room was small but pleasant and had robes, toothbrushes, a razor, lotion, shoe shine accessories, soaps and shampoos. It also had a very large massage chair that was really excellent and helped to melt away aches and pains from 24 hours of travel and a 14 hour flight. While it was a smoking room there was a HEPA filter to help out and I definitely enjoyed my time there. The value was excellent as well.

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: A map of commuter rails in English
Location: Visit the Shinagawa Aquarium about 10 minutes walk. Buy your needs at the many small marts available
Walking distance to Shinagawa Aquarium. Close to the commuter rails. Very quiet. Provides free transport to and fro Haneda Airport

Hotel was nice and quiet, there are also many stores near by including Seiyu (Walmart). It was a nice clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was included for the entire stay. The breakfast was really good and included both Eastern and Western types of breakfast foods. I would definitely stay again.

Convenient location, excellent staff.

Posted Feb 28, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness, exceptional staff.
Location: Close to train station so you can get to anywhere.
We arrived before check-in time so they took our bags and had them waiting in our room when we returned later. One of the days we were there as we went to leave they noticed it was snowing outside and rushed over to give us umbrellas to use for the day. Staff was exceptional. Breakfast buffet was varied and good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Convenient, free shuttle to & from Haneda Airport

Posted Feb 20, 2014
Pros: Close to Tokyo-Haneda airport. Free shuttle service.
Cons: Room was pretty basic and not very decorated.
Location: Very close to Haneda Intl. airport. Very convenient for those who are arriving/leaving Japan via Haneda.
Stayed here after arriving at Tokyo-Haneda airport late in the evening. The hotel's shuttle was on time and driver was friendly. Check in was easy, even with my limited Japanese language ability. Room was in good condition and clean. Not much to see in the area around the hotel but the location was very convenient. Hotel staff was very friendly. Great place to stay if arriving late from Haneda airport or leaving Japan.

They have a free shuttle bus between Haneda airport and the hotel. However, the bus driver neglect to check at the waiting area and we needed to wait the next one for 40minutes. they really need to check their customer at the bust stop. it just takes a minute. Other than the lazy bus driver, the hotel ot self was not bad.

Pros: Hotel shuttle, breakfast, and close to haneda
Cons: Nothing
Location: Didn't really care about location. I just needed a place to sleep. There is a family mart right across the street. very convenient.
Great hotel. Very friendly staff. While we were checking in, they took my luggage straight to my room for me and had no issues during check out.

Convenient to rail station

The hotel was fine. It is not however an airport hotel. Although listed as having airport shuttle service, it is difficult to find and use. It took about 1/2 hour to get to the hotel from Haneda airport.
