One of the best hotels in Tokyi.Posted Oct 25, 2014
The hotel is right next to the Tokyo Statioon and it makes traveling to other destinations super convent. Everything in the hotel is on upscale. The quality of faculties and service is flawless even in the Japanese culture.

Exceptional service and convenient for rail travelPosted Oct 4, 2014
The service was top class. Really beautifully decorated. Room was quite small so not much cupboard space but this was more than compensated by how amazing the service was. Really was the people who made this one of the best hotels we have stayed in Japan

Lovely HotelPosted Sep 9, 2014
Cons: Do not know
Absolutely beautiful hotel. Not cheap but well worth it for the experience. Good for the end of your trip to lap it up and relax. Amazing big bath to soak it up. Well appointed mini-bar at half resonable prices.

Nice heritage hotel!Posted Aug 24, 2014
This hotel was renovated about 2 years ago so interior still looks new. The room is not very bad but I love the European design. If you're like me, find it annoying to adjust the temperature of your water every you switch off the water to shampoo, the design of the shower tap will save you all these hassle.

Amazing experience for our honeymoon stay!Posted Aug 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
Absolutely amazing. Great location to all transport links and also walkable to areas like Ginza to do shopping and of course the Imperial Palace. The hotel itself was pristine. The service was top class. We were even surprised that the manager upgraded our stay to a king size room with a view. Unexpected and such a lovely gesture. We had welcome fruits and a card for us when we arrived. The room was impeccable. Spacious with a lovely clean en-suite with a rain shower and bath tub. Lots of amenities given. Fluffy towels, bath robe and pyjamas to use. We really didn't want to leave our room but alas we did have sightseeing to do. When we left they gave us a photograph taken (of ourselves in the room when we entered) and a lovely notebook to remember our stay. Thank you Tokyo Station hotel for being hospitable hosts and making our honeymoon a memorable experience. Will definitely stay here again!

All about the servicePosted Jul 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
Decided to splurge on my last evening in Tokyo so decided to stay at the Tokyo station hotel. The clientele seem to be mostly business type people... so hanging out in shorts and a tshirt in the lobby I seemed a bit out of place. With that aside, the service was awesome, the room was spacious and clean, I was able to watch more than just CNN in English which was an additional plus. One other minor thing is that in the morning I could hear the faint sound of the trains. If the tv is on or anything else is on you won't be able to hear it. All in all, I would recommend it for the service and ease of access to all parts of the city. I'll be back!

Incredible property - spectacular servicePosted Jul 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
The location of the hotel could not be better - at Tokyo Station - which makes it a great place to come in to from the airport, and a good jumping off point for sight-seeing. The service was impeccable, and so gracious. The bathroom had an enormous shower room where I could probably just live the rest of my life. I recommend this hotel very highly.

Pros: Location, Cleanliness and Hospitality
Location: Right in the heart of Tokyo with sightseeing, shopping and many good restaurants within the hotel and nearby.
One of our best vacations ever. Lots of fun inside station itself especially "Kitchen Street".

Downtown luxuxy in TokyoPosted Jun 22, 2014
We shouted ourselves 2 nights here in this stunningly refurbished hotel and were not disappointed. The staff were exceptional in all aspects, rooms immaculate and surprisingly very quiet given the location. Our tip would be to ring ahead before arrival as a staff member will come all the way to your train platform at Tokyo station to assist with your luggage and guide you directly to the hotel. Also on departure the helpful staff took us to the Narita Express platform, even helping load our luggage into the tarin itself and diligently waited until we pulled away from the station. Also suggest booking a room including the breakfast option as the buffet (both western and Japanese available) was incredible and the setting in the atrium lounge just beautiful.

great hotelPosted Jun 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
Our experience with this hotel is great. The facility is in prime condition. The staff is friendly and efficient. We really appreciated their Meet & greet service. Without this service, we would have had a hard time moving luggage from Narita Express to the hotel (and again moving luggage from hotel to the shinkansen train station. They also helped us book/reserve Green Car ticket for Nozomi train to Osaka.
