Nice Upscale Hotel

Posted Oct 21, 2014
Pros: Plush and comfortable facilities; dedicated and helpful staff; excellent location.
Cons: Provide free Wi-Fi to all guests! At these prices, it doesn't make sense not to! Heck, the most discerning hotel and motel provide free wi-fi.
Location: Outstanding! Near Ebisu Garden Center, Ebisu train station, and the Atre shopping and restaurant shops.
Tokyo (Ebisu) Westin is outstanding! However, it is an expensive alternative and not for budget-concious travelers. That said, the staff, facilities and amenities are excellent! Co-located with the Ebisu Garden Center, shopping and restaurant options are steps away. Moreover, you are an easy 5-10 minute walk from the Ebisu Eki (train station) Atre shopping and restaurant center. You have easy access to the Hibiya Subway Line and the JR Yamanote Line. As you might tell, I very much like the Ebisu area.

Excellent hotel in Ebisu

Posted Aug 16, 2014
Just came from a short stay at the Westin Tokyo. The lobby is beautiful and the staff have impeccable service standards. The rooms are classic in style, I would recommend taking either a corner room as they're cosier or a room with a view towards Ebisu JR station as they tend to be brighter. The hotel is next to Mitsukoshi department store, and Joel Robuchon's restaurant and take away. It's a brisk walk to the Ebisu JR station, the Sapporo Beer Garden, as well as to some of the best casual dining in Tokyo. By taxi, the hotel is close to Shibuya, Daikanyama, Hiroo and Roppongi Hills by taxi. It's a great hotel in a great location, I also highly recommend the patisserie for those with a sweet tooth.

A very nice hotel, but a little far from the beach

Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: Courtesy of the staff. Cleanliness.
Cons: A little on the expensive side, for extended stays.
The breakfast buffets were especially nice, but a little on the expensive side. I left a coat and a hat on the bus from the hotel to Narita. I was dissapointed about that but it was strictly my carelessness and nobody else's fault. Other than that, the bus service was very nice

Excellent hotel in Meguro-ku

Posted Jun 3, 2014
Pros: Everything! It is very quiet and adjacent to the Ebisu Garden complex.
Cons: There is a daily charge for Internet service which can add up.
Location: The hotel is across from the Ebisu Gardens, near rail/ subway lines, and faces the Mitsokoshi department store.
A very comfortable hotel with good dining choices available both within the hotel and quite near the hotel. It has an innovative 'green clean' option that includes a 500 yen rebate for each of the two out of every three days that you select not to have a complete room cleaning. Staff will come in each day, however, to empty trash and replenish supplies. On the third day, there is full cleaning service.

Great location, great hotel

Great location and great hotel. Very friendly and polite staff. They have a pretty good breakfast buffet - if you struggle with Japanese food like I do, you'll appreciate the Western food :-) I gave 4 star overall only because we didn't get free wifi in our room and had to pay for it. Though, it may have something to do with the discounted rate we paid.

Great hotel in a mediocre location

Posted May 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel serves as my "backup" choice when staying in Tokyo. Overall, the hotel property and the rooms are very nice. Staff is very friendly and efficient. The rooms are large and quite comfortable. The only problem that I have with the hotel is its location. It is located in mostly a residential area and so you will have to travel a bit to get to the more interesting locations in Tokyo.

Located in the stunning Yebisu Garden Place, this hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. Polite, friendly, and attentive staff; sumptuously decorated room with quality fixtures and fittings. We booked an Executive Suite and made great use of the Executive Lounge with breakfast, free WiFi, and pre-dinner drinks and snacks provided free of charge.

Large rooms with a classical European-style decor.

Posted Apr 22, 2014
Pros: Room size is excellent.
Cons: Staff were a little detached.
Location: Location is convenient - near to Ebisu station (via Sky Walk) and only 3 stops from Shinagawa station (good for Shinkansen connections).
Excellent - found the staff to be a little stand-offish but the hotel is great with good sized rooms in classical European-style decor. Breakfast is expensive however, there are plenty of alternative options in the nearby Ebisu Gardens complex. Would happily stay here again.
