Room wasn’t very clean. The sheets of the bedding and the bathroom bathtub and toilet had stains. The water of Toilet flush was running non stop and wasn’t functioning properly. I had to get out of my bed to fix it because couldn’t stop thinking about how much water was getting wasted. So I fixed the toilet flush. In the dining room during breakfast there was very limited choice. No fresh fruits, not even bananas. When I asked the attendant, if she can turn on the tv to watch the morning news. She said they don’t turn on tv in the dining room. I guess the tv was just for show. Not going back there again.

I was very upset with the Fri t desk staff as I went to throw a pizza box away and I threw in what look to be a trash can and the front desk agent scolded me as if I was a small child. Once I threw it away she came around f the corner screaming at me at the to of her lungs to take that out of there because it’s not a trash. She also told me it didn’t belong in there as well, she told me most people and keep using the term most people, also to me that common sense should have told me not to throw my trash in there because it said plastic. I told her I agree it said plastic and I didn’t notice that at all. I was more concerned with picking up after myself and my children. As a consumer I felt humiliated and embarrassed as she yelled at me in front of the cleaning staff and others in the hotel lobby. She began to make racial insults as she continued to say what most people would not do. She was very combative and went back and forth with me about trash. As humans we all make mistakes and if she would have conveyed that to me respectfully I would have apologized, when she pointed out that it was designed for plastic and paper and not trash, which I never payed it any attention I immediately apologized. She continued to be aggressive with me as I asked what time was check out and talk to me as if I was ignorant which she insinuated several times throughout the conversation. As well as the cleaning staff also agreed with her and they began to both scoll me together.

website states pool is heated to 80 and open from 8a-10p. I took my kids down at 11:30a and was told pool wasn't open until noon. There was also a sign posted next to the pool doors stating open 8-10. another guest stated they were told pool was emptied every night then refilled in the morning, So it would never be up to temp. If you have a not great back the beds are kind of uncomfortable.

Dear Guest,Pool temperature is kept at 80 degrees. Pool hours are from noon to 10pm. Pool is not emptied every night as it is impossible and unnecessary. Overall the stay was nice. There were a few issues in the room itself. The toilet wasnt secure to the floor and the floor around the toilet just seem soft. Also the bathroom door does not latch or lock.

My reservation was paid in full for two rooms, only one available due to a third party. Room 222 had a multi-crack broken window, room darkening curtain was cracked/ripped in several places, the floor was cracked in the bathroom, the AC didn't work, etc. The room 224 next door was like a mansion compared to it. The staff was rude and would not allow me to rent the second room and allow me to fight for my money to be refunded with the service I used. Almost two hours of being on the phone me and my son were able to get all of my money refunded and then the front desk staff had a completely different attitude. Due to this, we were unable to use the pool and that was the key factor to choosing this hotel. The breakfast was old, fake and stale and lacked variety.

I wanted to get out and enjoy a night with my grandkids and paid $200 for a room that was supposed to sleep 4, but slept 2. The pullout was in no condition for anyone! We slept 3 in the bed and 1 on the floor. Didn't get to swim at all because the pool hours listed are not the hours. No adult hours and it is shut down in the morning until after check out. So sad we didn't have a better time.

I liked the fact that it was a safe area and it was clean with very comfortable beds. The staff were nice as well. I was very disappointed with the pool temperature. I went with this hotel because of the cost and the pool. The water was very cold, and not enjoyable at all. The pool room was chilly as well. Everyone that tried to go in the pool was also objecting to the temp of the pool/pool area.

The hotel itself was ok. Comforters on beds needed cleaned- stained. Workers were nice and friendly. Came back to hotel at 6pm to witness 5 cop cars and a man being taken away in handcuffs. Then, upon return at 8:30pm one of the other guests, completely shirtless was hanging out his first floor window (it was completely opened), it wreaked of pot, and said something to us in Spanish that we couldn’t understand as we walked by.I was glad to get to our room and lock the door.
