"The hotel is at the beginning of the town. It is across from the bus terminal to get to the station or Date Jidaimura. It's actually a 5 min walk to a 7-11 but can't tell from there. The workers will always willing to help with calling cabs. Compassionate when I had my 10 yr old daughter and they let me add her to my reservation for around 5000 yen with my 12 yr old son and did NOT charge us 17000 yen like a nearby hotel did. "何度も訪れているお気に入りの宿でした。夕食は美味しく施設も落ち着いてのんびりしたい方にはとてもおすすめです。が、朝食の質が非常に残念だが格段に落ちていた。北海道の卵不足からなのか朝食で出していたその場で焼き上げる卵焼きが無くなっていた。虎杖浜産のタラコもなくなった。ホテルの方はわかっているはずです。カレーなども出していたがホテルの名前を付けてはいるが具材のないレトルトを出しているようにしか思えない。以前は品数はそれほど多くはないが質の良いものを提供していた。人手不足なのかコストカットなのかわからないが改悪と言わざるを得ない。元の朝食を知っている方がきたら確実にガッカリすると思う。物価高の影響なども理解出来るが改善されないようなら私はもう行かなくなるかもしれないです。"

"This hotel has the most amazing onsen. There are 2 x floors of different spa and bathing options including sauna and steam room. There is also a swimming pool which we didn’t even get time to use. The onsen looks over the Hells Gate sight which is amazing. Deer are outside too. You can have beer in the outdoor onsen between certain hours as well. Would definitely recommend staying 2 nights so you can relax in the multitude of onsen choices!"
