Minha experiência neste lugar tão, havia apenas dois funcionários foi gentil comigo e o gerente foi. muito pouco profissional. No site dizia Service Dog sem problemas. Mas quando cheguei lá era o caso.Eu tive que ouvir de um dos funcionários que o gerente não estava feliz porque meu cão de serviço estava lá. Mesmo quando o pessoal explicou, ele ainda não se importava. E isso para mim não é bom porque eu tenho um deficiência que precisa dele e eles agora não respeitaram o que escreveram no site ou mesmo viram no site eu nunca recebi um pedido de desculpas. Eu vi o gerente quando fiz o check-out e não disse nada para mim. Morei dois anos em Torres e sou americano. O serviço que eu estava prestando era totalmente respeitado. Recomendo que as pessoas vão, provavelmente não, mas direi que se não fosse de um dos funcionários,que me acalmar e não ficar chateado foi bom pra mim e pra Luna. Mas eu nunca vou voltar a este lugar novamente.

Minha estadia foi muito boa so achei 3 defeitos o primeiro choveu e estava uma goteira em cima da cama segundo a internet nao funciona no terceiro andar é muito ruim terceiro elo preço que se paga a diaria deveria ter um canal de filmes ou pelo menos you tube nao so a tv aberta o cafe é maravilhoso
