Huge House - perfect for us
We are a group of friends who organise a weekend getaway a couple of times per year. This place was perfect for us. Heaps of space & bedrooms. The pool is fabulous. Maybe a bit more shade near the pool would be great.

Rat in pool
I filtered my search to have swimming pool on water front, we got there and it was a big dead rat in pool. I called the manager and first answer was just take it out with net and go swimm.

View is relaxing
The view is relaxing and nice but the cleanliness of the house was very bad , cockroaches everywhere and house needs a lot of fixing . Plenty of space for large groups . Pool is very good with kids with nice view.

Location was the Gem
Nice big property right on Budgewoi Lake. Nice and spaceish, the downstairs Pool Table area was a hit with our Teenage Children and when we had a night with all of us down there. Property is a bit tired but location probably reflected the price. Kitchen cleanliness could be improved as lots of built up dirt and grease. Would be great to utilise in the Summer with pool and out on the Lake

Nice and large house with great location although was cockroach and insect infested.

Highly recommend!
We had a great experience at this property. The house was very spacious and the pool was amazing. The beds were quite comfortable which made the stay even better. The only downside was that there was no airconditioning downstairs. Definitely would come back!
