Great staff service, nice hotel

Posted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: I always clean room before using anything. As I wiped down the room, I did not find any dirty areas in the kitchenette, fridge, or bathroom . & staff
Cons: The only thing, improved the cooling in the bedroom , we had a one bedroom suite
Location: Love the view of the mountain, close to Main Street , near restaurants, shopping
Very nice staff, helpful, room was clean. Breakfast fresh, and many choices,

Hotel Stay

Posted Aug 9, 2014
Pros: The Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choices.
When we first arrived at the hotel the Happy hour was just about over. The staff took good care of us making sure we recieved all the goodies that we were supposed to get. The room was nice with a sitting room on one side and the queen beds in the other room. We then went down to the pool but there wasn't any towels. The Front dest lady brought us and some of the other guests towels for the pool. The Breakfast was awesome!! They had western omelets, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, waffles, sweet rolls, bisquets and gravy and many more items to chose from. This was a GREAT visit. Thanks to the staff for taking good care of us.

Red Lion was worth the price, but not spectacular.

Posted Jun 23, 2014
Pros: Queen room had two living areas and was set up very well.
Cons: Hotel was older and bathroom areas needed to be updated.
Room was nice, layout was good with two areas. Bathroom was small and needed updating. Room was not really clean. Beds were very comfortable and the pool area was nice. Breakfast area was big and food selection was pretty good. Happy Hour was nice. Hotel was very convenient for what we needed to do and price was good through Expedia.

Nice hotel, great price

The hotel is now the Red Lion Inn. The hotel for the price gives you a lot of amenities Reduced rate to the Platinum gym two building down. Social Hour with soda, beer, wine and simple appetizers and Full hot breakfast. The housekeeping was bad the first two nights. They did not make our bed for two days because. I pulled up the bedspread and laid the pillows down but it was not neatly done... They never made the bed . They did not refill the kleenix, take out the trash or give us clean glasses. We complained the third day and the housekeeping was just fine after that. The pool is very nice with a hot tub, and a small putting area. Per one guest, it is a dog friendly hotel and you pay $10 additional per night. We stayed for 6 nights and besides the housekeeping the first two days, it was very nice. If we went back to Tucson, we would consider staying there again.

I live 72 miles away from where I stayed. I went to stay there because I was having a medical procedure done in Tucson very early in the morning. The staff was very helpful. they were going to let me check out late, if I needed to come back to rest after my procedure and before heading back home to Huachuca City.

very comfortable and nicely outfitted room. happy hour with free drinks and munchies. great pillows. we stayed in a room on the front side and, although situated on a large major road, it is far enough away so noise was not an issue. would stay again

Stay at the Hyatt and be more comfortable

Was not happy with my stay. The tv's didn't have access or hdmi to hook up media, blu ray, or game system for kids. Problems with room keys not working. If your traveling with family go somewhere else. The housekeeping staff was very helpful and honest. If you leave something behind you will get it back.
