Quiet and convent. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The restaurant has a good menu with vegan and vegetarian options and tasty pizza. Popular with locals. After driving around the countryside the convenience of a restaurant on the property is wonderful.

No free tea or coffee once breakfast ended. Bathroom needs updating badly. Room was a good size. Swimming pool was not clean and chairs and loungers around the pool were in a very bad state. Restaurant food and staff poor. Reception and cleaning staff were good but could only do so much.

Our breakfast ends at 10,30 that is pretty late anyway.We serve you hot water for your "personal" tea bags in our jugs/mugs/spoons like 10 times/per day without charging you.We didn't see you using the pool which chairs actually have been renewed at the beginning of this summer(of course we are in the countryside and they stay outdoors).About the restaurant may be you just didn't get italian cuisine..which portions are all except that poor but made of different courses so if you order only one thing from the menu it can't substitute the entire meal..Regards

We thank you for the time taken in writing a review and we'd like to seize the opportunity to explain that we serve italian breakfast that is different from the american one, but still pretty rich here as you can find : a wide variety of home made cakes,croissants,pastries,biscuits,real espresso/cappuccino/hot drinks,cereals,different kind of yogurt,fruit juices,marmolades,butter,nutella,fresh bread,crackers,hard-boiled eggs,edamer and pecorino chese,local salami,fresh fruit..or other courses depending on the season.And this is not that common for an italian buffet.We hope to welcome you again soon.Thank you,Warm Regards

This just a brilliant small hotel very friendly and perfectly located for me. Is very good value for the service offered. Satellite TV is a bonus particularly with programmes available in English.

An OK hotel.
The hotel is ok, not more than that. Breakfast was very basic. No airconditioning, only heating.

Very friendly hotel with good restaurant on site. The plumbing could do with updating as loud gurgling noises heard from the bidet and the sink for a while after having finished in the bathroom

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, posto fantastico con bella piscina rilassante, camere spaziose all'interno di un vecchio casolare ristrutturato perfettamente, che dire; ottima esperienza e gradevole soggiorno.

Bellissimo casale in pietra, ben tenuto e con tutti i comfort. Stanza ampia, bellissima e con veduta sul parco dell’hotel. Letto King-size molto comodo. Bagno grande è molto bello, nello stile della struttura. Colazione a buffet, con ampia scelta, in parte servita, secondo le normative covid.

The location close to highway and Gubbio was excellent. The WiFi was absolutely horror flying...need an overall upgrade!!

The wifi works fine in the common areas, less in the rooms."Horror flying" may be is a little bit too much being this one a quiet little hotel in the Umbrian countryside where guest suppose to blow off some steam..

Albergo confortevole, pulito, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La stanza era ben arredata, spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario per il pernottamento, compreso Tv con Sky e Wi-Fi. Il personale è stato cortese e professionale.

Et dejligt romantisk landligt hotel
Hotellet er meget velholdt og er holdt i en gammel romantisk stil. Værelset var stort og indbydende og med en god seng. Der var god WIFI på værelset. Man bliver modtaget af en meget venlig ejer som desværre ikke kan ret meget engelsk eller tysk, men det går alligevel. Hotellet har en meget dejlig beliggende svimmingpool. Morgenmaden er god men ikke prangende. Der er også en restaurant tilknyttet hotellet. Hotellet ligger lidt uden for byen Umbertide. Helt klart anbefalelsværdigt.

Molto bello l'edificio, non è però il classico cascinale immerso tra il verde, ma ha una strada vicina abbastanza importante. Non abbiamo comunque percepito rumori che abbiano dato fastidio. Ottima e abbondante la colazione. Hotel da consigliare se prenotate con tariffe Expedia, Delle perplessità sul rapporto qualità/prezzo del ristorante convenzionato con l'hotel.
