The floor in the room and in the bathroom was dirty and gritty, and baseboards filthy. The shower chair had hair on it and the drain had some gunk. There was one chair in the room (for 2 people) and it was badly soiled, had to lay plastic down on it before I felt comfortable sitting. My dad's bed had makeup spilled on the bed skirt. Crayon scribbles on the wall next to the TV armoire. The drawers in the nightstands were dirty. Food residue on the little table, and dried up residue on the artwork above it, as if someone had sprayed something and got it all over the glass. The bed linens were clean, thank goodness. The manager had me leave $100 cash only deposit (refunded at checkout) which was an unexpected thing, it was not listed on Expedia website, a bit of a hardship, normally this is done with a credit card. At checkout when i asked for the deposit back the manager scowled at me and after checking the condition of the room, wordlessly handed it over with a scowl. I said Thank you and he totally ignored me as if I'd done something wrong. I tried again with Thank you, louder this time and still no acknowledgement that I'd spoken, so unfriendly. He made me feel so unwelcomed. I would never stay here again. We chose it for the location to our event.

For a budget motel, the facilities were nice, restaurants were in easy walking distance, and the facilities for the disabled truly outstanding. Unfortunately, the bathroom counters were filthy, the bedroom floor crunchy with ramen noodles. If my housekeeper ever left my apartment in such a condition I'd fire her on the spot. But it was over Christmas, so maybe they were short staffed, or the maid service distracted. Good place for a tight budget, I'd even recommend it IF they cleaned better.

The room was dirty and smelly. There was black mold/mildew on the bathroom window. There was constant coming and going, tv on, smoking cigarettes and weed, and talking outside my door and in the room next door. ALL NIGHT LONG. The people finally left at 6 am and it got quiet. Never ever going back there.

We just stayed there for a baseball game. The pictures are misleading. The outside is dingy worndown, and give the impression of not being safe. Tons of cats hanging around in the parking lot. Interesting people coming in and out of the property. My anxiety was up the whole time because I did not feel safe the whole time we were there. The inside of the room was fairly clean but outdated. The toilet was not working when we got there and staff came in and fixed it but it broke again the day we left. The tv never turned complely off so there was a blue glow in the room the whole night. I really wanted to cancel our room and find a safer place to stay but it says no refunds. I will not stay there again.

It is what it is
The outside of the hotel is very old and desperately needs a facelift. From the moment you drive up, it has a shady feel to it with flickering lights at the entrance and homeless people in the parking lot. I wouldn’t write home about it, but it… wasn’t the worst? The room was old but it felt clean, and the bed was cozy. We booked it as a last resort when everything else in the area was sold out. We just checked in, slept, and left. All in all, if you just need a place to sleep for a night and you wanna save a buck, it does its job. I wouldn’t feel very comfortable staying for more than that.

Dirty: holes in blanket, shoe prints on sheets, baseboards dirty. I slept fully clothed. I thought Norman Bates was coming by. Oh, they say they have wifi...spotty and shotty! Tried to upload photos but I guess they turned it off. Reserved 3 days, checked out the next day and stoll don't have my refund.

The staff member who checked me in was great. I liked room, but housekeeping hadn't remove the used soap and razor a previous guest had left behind on the bathroom window ledge. (The window was high. Maybe s/he was too short to see them?) There was also pet hair all over the couch ... Other than that, everything was fine.

Bad Character.
There is a $250 deposit, and we were kicked out cause of not telling her we have service animals. In which by law, we do not have to tell anyone unless asked.

The room was OK. The room did not match the picture description. There was some peeling paint. However, the overwhelming smell of Fabuloso was not pleasant.

Other permit tenants were to loud at night time and didn't really let me get rest. Plus my toilet was not working properly.
