Quiet place to relax, close to everything
The property is as pictured, clean and everything is in good working order. Host was good with communication. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend. The house is well stocked with items for the pool, games, anything you need to cook. We did not have pets with us and though the property is pet friendly we would never have known anyone had pets there prior to our arrival

Outstanding cleanliness, stocking of essentials, decoration, bed mattresses and coverings - Great pool Home needs better Hi'def picture on TV in master and additional TV in second bedroom - shower in 2nd bath needs safety bars ( especially since must step over tub ) - and shower floor mats.

Great Vacation Home
I’ve stayed at this home the last two years for Thanksgiving, it’s been great all the way around. It has everything we need and it’s close to the beach and restaurants. It’s also always quiet in the area. Eddie is always accommodating and helpful with anything you need. Always in good hands with this property.

Great rental experience!
The home was very comfortable, good location, and many thoughtful things provided for guests such as a few coffee pods, enough soap for a couple of loads of laundry, the appliances all worked well, the wifi was super fast Xfinity, loved the sunporch, pool and yard, etc. I've stayed at a lot of rentals and this one covered all the bases and I didnt have any complaints or issues. :) Will definately be renting there again..

Awesome!!
We've rented through VRBO several times, and this was the most personal touch we've felt over any other rental. The property has a homey feel to it, was extremely well appointed with kitchen place settings, appliances, just everything was head and shoulders above any other rental we've ever had. It's was wonderful. And the manager, Eddie Nero, was amazing! Helpful right down to the tiniest detail, he went above and beyond, ensuring our vacation was just perfect. He's definitely a keeper! Don't lose him!!!

Convenient to everywhere at wanted to go. Nice quiet street. Lots of things in the home to entertain the children. Books, games, toys, pool.... The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The owner was easy to communicate with, and even sent friendly reminders for little things I might miss. I plan on staying at this house again. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and easy.

Home Away from Home.
Sometimes you just need to get away. Relax and just breathe. This home was like my home away from home. You know what I mean. A house that feels like “your” home. This house had EVERYTHING!! If you forgot something, not to worry. They had it and more. Everyone was so nice, great communication, and if you had a questioned. ANSWERED. Location was 15-20 minutes from anything you would need. I will definitely go back next year. Thank you guys soooo much!!!

Vero Beach Family Gem of a House
Yes, yes, yes! As a family of 4 traveling with a small dog, this is an excellent family property to be! Communication from property managers and owners, to the cleanliness & thoughtfulness throughout the whole house & location were key! Truly a home away from home! The pool was absolutely a fun, refreshing & relaxing place to be. The grill came in handy when we were ready to cook burgers and grill fish from the local fish market. Our dog was super happy as she got to run around the very large fenced in yard too! We are very grateful for our experience in this beautiful Vero Beach home.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was super clean and had all the amenities as listed to make it easy to start our vacation right away. The location was very convenient and close to everything - shops, beach and the baseball stadium. Eddie Nero was easy to work with and was very responsive via text to any questions I had.

A Beautiful Respite from Winter...
We were pleased to stay at this property for almost a month. The home is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The pool and lanai were perfect. The pool was heated to a temperature well suited for children and adults alike. Lots of pool and beach toys and even a beach wagon in the garage. Directions for the use of various aspects of the property were clearly and strategically posted. Great laundry facilities. The home contained all of the amenities listed on the web page and all were in good working order. Eddie, the property manager, was incredibly responsive. Access and checkout were easy, with very clear instructions. We recommend staying at this property without qualification, and hope to do so again in the future.

This was our second year at the property. It was just as clean as the year prior, with every single thing we could need to live for a month. Our pet quickly feels at home with the massive fenced yard, and having a couch cover is wonderful, so I don't have to bring along my own. Thanks again for having us, Skip and Gail. This property was great! Very quiet on a dead end street, the house was lovely and very clean. There was a large fenced yard which our dog loved. The swimming pool and outdoor fire pit added to the fun! Also a great location, close to the beaches and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great experience staying at this home. The location was wonderful- quiet neighborhood, but a quick drive to anything you might need. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating to any questions and/or requests that we had. They have thought of everything - including so many wonderful toys for our one year old daughter to play with, a high chair, and a pack n play! Very family friendly. Loved the pool. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Vero!

Travel day we received timely texts and updated information from our management group. All the directions and access codes worked properly. The property was better than expected. I was impressed when I booked on-line. Once we actually got there we realized the pictures were 100% accurate. The property is beautiful. Landscaping and gardens abundent.The home is very well decorated and the beach vibe was evident everywhere. We were in Vero for a wedding at the Rustica...What a setting. Beautiful location and quite the venue. Our rental property location was excellent. Smack dab in the middle of everything and places we wanted to visit. Sandridge Golf resort literally out the back door distance wise. Excellent for early rounds and plenty of day left to enjoy the fabulous pool at the house. The pool....perfectly heated and clean as a whistle. Every pool toy or float imaginable provided by homeowner. Every bedroom was clean and well stocked with linens and extra blankets. Many games, books and children's toys available to keep everyone busy regardless of age. My wife loves cooking so we were quite pleased to find not only a well equipped kitchen but also many spices, oils, coffee etc. to make you feel right at home. We enjoyed a good old fashion Italian Sunday dinner with about 10 family and friends. Coincidently, my daughter also did a VRBO rental across town in Sebastian and her manager happened to be Eddie Nero as well. Just another well run property with all the amenities...Go Figure. If visiting this area of Florida in the future there is no doubt who I will be calling first to find our VRBO home away from home. Thank you Gail and Skip as well as Eddie for a wonderful experience.

Absolutely Gorgeous Property
Absolutely Gorgeous Property, coconut trees, beautiful palm trees and plants. Extra large quiet yard, perfect private pool, very comfortable bed and home. The entire atmosphere was relaxing, quiet and private. When be you come just bring yourselves, the house has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Close to beaches, shops, and everything you want be it just far enough away so you could enjoy relaxing evenings. We have rented many vacation homes over many years by it by far the nicest property. Hosts and manager were very friendly and eager to ensure we needed nothing. We will definitely be back. 10 out of 10!!

Winter haven in Winter Beach
This property was perfect for our Winter getaway. We have been doing extended stays in Florida for a number of years, and are experienced in rental properties. This property was clean and cozy and had everything we needed to keep us comfortable, while escaping the brutal winter up north. The yard was a paradise for our pet, who quickly became the neighborhood watch. We stay for an extended amount of time, and are 'homebodies', so a comfortable, relaxing space is important, and cleanliness is a top priority for us. This home had everything we needed, and I did not have to clean upon arrival (which is my norm for rental properties). Gail and Skip were attentive and the check in was without a hitch. We had no problems at all, and I know the property owners would have been on top of any needs. We will be returning to this property, for sure. Thank you Gail and Skip for anticipating the vacationer's needs and being on top of the game!!

Little paradise
My family and I love everything about this house and the town of Vero Beach. It was our first time in Florida and so far our best trip ever! Our dog and toddler spent most of the time playing in the fenced backyard. The cozy pool is definitely a must. It was so relaxing! Due to covid we didn't really go places, so for a week all we did was enjoying Gail's house. Omg that house! We will never forget 💖 thank you much for sharing your paradise with us!
