The area is very quiet, there is a small local shop that provides essentials and there are lots of local walks full of wildlife if you don't want to drive. "Casa Soure is within the medieval Evora walls. You can walk to the major attractions within 5, 10 minutes. The property is a bit difficult to get to, especially if you're driving. You have to walk through the restaurant to get to the apartments. But once you're at the property, you'll find a spacious, clean apartment right in the center of town. It's really cute that they provide you with a breakfast basket in the morning with your choice of baked goods, protein, and beverages. "

"We stayed one night at this place and it was a pleasant experience. One thing we noticed however were the ants in the patio which eventually made their way into the washroom. Not sure if we had stayed longer if they would have been all over the house but they were certainly all over the washroom in a short period of time. A minor suggestion would be to place a shelf in the shower to have a place to put shampoo/soap, etc."

"We loved this place, especially the large kitchen and the patio. It was within the old city walls and close to the sights. There is not parking on site, but there is a free parking garage about a 5 minutes walk away. Like most of the stairs in old city centers, the stairs to the 2nd floor bedrooms are steep, but this one had a good hand rail. The bathtub is large and the water is hot and we slept well on the beds."

"We really enjoyed our stay here..The pool are was lovely.Had some lovely food at the pool bar..The rooms were very nice and spotless clean.Two gripes would be the room had no dressing table or mirror to apply make up and dry hair.The plug sockets were situated far from the long mirror so had to do it in all in the bathroom and it was very dark, and hot...Also I thought the breakfast was disappointing not much choice at all in the fruit selection or anything else to be honest.The first hotel Iv ever stayed in Portugal that didn’t have Nata tarts.But I still enjoyed my stay"
