Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to right about your past stay. I apologize for the experience was less than satisfactory. With respect to our beds, they are fitted with a bedbug repellent encompassing mattress pad, followed by a padded mattress pad and the respective bed sheets. Unfortunately, we do not have fitted bottom sheets at our property as we order fresh sheets every week from our distributor. With respect to the breakfast room, I have reorganized our space so our cups are more visible. Our only concern with plastic cups vs styrofoam is that we do not want our guests to burn themselves if they were to use a plastic cup for the coffee. I thank you for bringing these matters to our attention as it allows us to strengthen the areas that need attention. Guest satisfaction is important to us and we take your feedback seriously to implement positive change.
