I requested anon smoking room and specifically a handycap room. When we got there we had 2 smoking rooms and no handycap. So when we finally got the rooms, the handy capped room had a tub. so I asked for a bench for the tub, They told us that someone had broke it and they had not replaced it. So I could not take a shower. Yuk. They also said the handycapped room was a lot cheaper.

“Noisy”

Got stuck without a room to be had in the Quad Cities. Very noisy. Kids running up and down the hall all night. I couldn't wait to leave.

“Ick”

Glad I had my own air bed and bedding in the car... bedding was dirty, floor was dirty. Sent my husband for clean sheets and the clerk warned him that he needed to bring the other set down or we would be charged. Not at all a well-kept room. Kids swam in the pool and it seemed to be okay.
