Only problem we encountered was we didn't have full access to the refrigerator. The host did come over right away to make a little room for us. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable."

"This property is a cozy little cottage about 1/2 mile east of Downtown Gainesville. It is a bit off the beaten path for a game weekend, so you need a car to get to around. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars in downtown to enjoy. The house has easy access and lots of parking. There are 2 bedrooms (a queen and 2 twins). There is plenty of space to have dinner and sit around with friends and family. We were only there for one night after a football game, so we did not cook or use any of...

"Overall the property was good. The fact that it’s pet-friendly was fantastic! It’s a duplex that shares one fenced entrance/exit. This property (apt A) has the yard in the front. The kitchen window benefits from a blind like the rest of the home for privacy. The management company was very cordial, professional and quick to respond to our messages and even accommodated us a day early arrival at a discounted rate. We highly recommend this property."

"The description and photos are exactly as the property looks. This is a great little Lake-house. It’s quite literally on the lake: the entire back half of the house sits over the water. The dock is beautiful and very well equipped. Best of all: this house has its own little mini boat ramp: which was just wide enough to launch 2 personal watercraft. This is significant because Kingsley lake does not have a public boat ramp. The house itself was clean, cozy, and more spacious than I had imagined....

The beautiful Cypress and lapping waves of Lake Sante Fe, I felt like Marjorie Kinan Rawlings watching a deer and dreaming of being on the water as I rocked on the swinging bed on the most beautiful porch watching candy colored sunsets or even enjoying a run in the rain, washed anew in fresh dreams enjoying the area.
